Oh , wat een fantastisch appartement . Alle comfort ! Wat een locatie ! Vanaf de terrassen een adembenemend uitzicht over Kas en de Egeïsche Zee . Een geweldige plaats om te zijn .

Van 28 maart t/m 4 april verbleef ik met vrienden in Penthouse The Grand. Vanaf de balkons van dit zeer luxe penthouse hadden we een prachtig uitzicht over de zee, op de oude en de nieuwe haven en op Kas zelf. Vanaf The Grand loop je in een paar minuten naar het dorp met veel winkels, terrassen en restaurants. Je voelt je meteen opgenomen in het leven daar. De Grand is een heerlijk rust- en vertrekpunt voor een luxueus verblijf op een heel bijzondere plek. Dit is zeker de mooiste locatie van het dorp Kas. De inrichting is zeer comfortabel. Hilary en Ömer waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en ik raad dit penthouse van harte aan!

We have just returned from two weeks in Kas staying at Penthouse The Grand. This is a lovely apartment with stunning views across Kas. The apartment was absolutely immaculate with all the amenities you could wish for and stylishly furnished. There is a shared pool with other apartments in the block although we didn't use this, preferring to visit the beach each day. The owners, Hilary and Omer are just a phone call away if you need them. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going to book again for next year.

Beautiful appartment from the minute we opened the door, very clean, plenty of room for sitting out and hammock a real treat with the view. Pool lovely, altho lugging the lounge bed covers up and down was a slight nuisance, and as we are all very pale larger sun umbrellas as would have been perfect. The three rooms were all lovley, bathrooms likewise, and we had a fab week here, would definitely return another time There are a few basic tools that the kitchen would have benefited from, it wasn't the best equipped we've ever had, but hey we ate out every day so not a huge issue. A BBQ would have been ideal on this amazing balcony too. Hilary was always VERY helpful, from the initial e mail, helping out when there, always helps to have a good contact locally.

Penthouse the Grand is an amazing 'light & airy' apartment on the hillside above Kas. Owners Omer & Hilary made us feel very welcome and supplied us with all the information we needed. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with all rooms having plenty of good air-conditioning. The beautiful infinity pool was 'base' for the kids when we returned from the beach and this provided us with incredible sunset views in the afternoon an evenings. The views from the balcony where frankly breathtaking and this is a huge plus for the location and aspect. This would be one place we would return to. Great apartment in a fantastic location.

The Grand.........extreem uitzicht, panoramische woonkamer en terras met 's avonds altijd een verkoelende wind. Alle comfort door slaapkamers met eigen douche en toilet, 1x ligbad. Zeer complete keuken. Wijds uitzicht over het idyllische stadje Kas, de bijbehorende haven en de zee. 'S avonds eveneens een prachtgezicht, waarbij de stad metamorfeert in een sprookjesachtig verlichte sfeer en het dan goed toeven is in de vele restaurantjes en barretjes. Terug in het penthouse voelt dat al snel als thuiskomen en dus de moeite van een herhaald bezoek waard.

Wij waren in april 2016 een week in The Penthouse met twee jongens van 5 en 7 jaar die volop hebben genoten van het zwembad. Je komt echt tot tot rust in het appartement dat van alle comfort is voorzien. Kas en omgeving zijn ook meer dan de moeite waard: wij hebben wat boottochtjes gemaakt en een auto gehuurd om iets meer van het land te zien. Aanraders vonden we het Grieks eiland Kastellorizo en de Saklikent kloof. Je kunt ook heel makkelijk met een taxi naar ander strandje voor niet veel geld. Kas is een leuke plaats waar je lekker kunt slenteren door de kleine straatjes en steegjes en bij genoeg restaurantjes heerlijk kunt eten. Mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: we hadden eigenlijk nog wel langer willen blijven...zowel in het mooie en fijne huis als in Kas. Aanrader!

Last August we stayed with our entire family in this penthouse. Actually, we don't have words to describe our holiday. The penthouse is definitely at the most beautiful location in Kas. The highest house of the village, looking down on the old harbour and the Mediteranean Sea. On the right the Taurus mountains. The village Kas embraced us. Very friendly and special. Especially the fact that there are not any big resorts or hotel complexes is an advantage. It keeps the place like it supposed to be! The penthouse is amazing. Spacious, luxurious and the huge balcony was our favorite place to stay late in the evening. Anyhow, we will come back! And Hilary and Omer were excellent hosts, thanks for all the help. We really feel at home.

Eve ilk girdigimiz anda harika bir tatil olacagini anladik. Balkondan inanilmaz bir Akdeniz manzarasi var. Gunes batimini seyretmek harikaydi. Kas'in neredeyse tamamini goruyor. Ev gayet sade ve guzel dosenmis. Gayet genis, konforlu. Genis odalar, her odada balkon var. Kendinizi gercekten evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Filtre kahve makinesi bile mevcuttu. Herhangi bir seye ihtiyaciniz olmadan, sorunsuz bir tatil gecirebileceginiz harikulade bir ev. Bizimle rezervasyon anindan itibaren ilgilenen Omer Bey'e ozel tesekkurlerimizi iletiyoruz. Gelmeden once bize verdigi tum bilgiler, herseyi takip etmesi, en ufak bir ricamizda aninda bizi kirmadan yerine getirmesi bizi tekrar kendileriyle bulusturacaktir. Tekrar tesekkurler. Gonul rahatligiyla tavsiye ediyorum.
