Villa Leucosia is a lifestyle villa built in its own ground on 3 levels, in the beautiful setting of the Cukurbag peninsula, 5 minutes drive from Kas center.
Words can’t describe how good the views are.
Very quiet and secluded, surrounded by garden and mature vegetation, Villa Leucosia offers private infinity pool not overlooked by other villas, direct access to the beach, various wonderful terraces to enjoy life in the open, including one only few meters down at the sea.
Leading from the living room there is a spacious balcony with stunning sea view, equipped with table and chairs to dine al-fresco.
The room at pool level is a detached loft style apartment, with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
All rooms and ambients are air conditioned.

Perfect !
I had a really enjoyable stay In leucosia villa with my family, the villa is beautiful and the view amazing ! Gulsev is always there the help you if needed, and the owner is really nice. Ireally recommend. Will come back again 😊 !!

Wonderful stay
We had the most amazing stay at Villa Leucosia from start to finish! Gulsev the manager looked after us beautifully, great communication, settled us in and took care of everything we needed while we were staying there, including the most wonderful welcome basket of fruit. The grounds of the Villa are exceptional thanks to the friendly gardening team and really beautiful. There are steps down to the sea to swim from a well kept platform was lovely, it is shared with other villas but it’s so spread out you really don’t mind or notice. The pool was clean and well maintained and the beautiful villa itself was lovely modern and had everything we needed - check the sunrise view in bed from the master bedroom (you can pull shutters down for a lie in)! Super compliant Re COVID 19, hand sanitiser at front door and upstairs, mask worn by Gulsev when dealing with us. Kas is lovely but parking is tricky, we drove but next time would organise taxis. We would definitely recommend and will definitely look to stay there again - wonderful holiday!

Приезжаем на эту виллу третий год подряд. Все удобства, парковка, отличный бассейн, рядом свой пляж! Вид с виллы потрясающий, на греческие острова. Хозяин виллы и люди, ухаживающие за виллой очень любезны. Отличное место для отпуска, спасибо!

Spectacular Villa
We loved our short stay at the villa and highly recommend it! The view is spectacular and the villa is very comfortable for 8 people. We loved being able to access the water as well. We hope to come back soon!

The location is amazing!!!
This was the best holiday we have ever had. Everything was perfect. The house is very nice and very large. We'll visit again!!!

Excellent
A beatiful villa with a stunning view. The sea just below the villa is ideal for snorkling. The owner and his local staff were always very helpful. We hope to come bak some day!

Beautiful villa, idyllic location
Situated on Kas Penninsula and just 10 minutes into Kas, Villa Leucosia is an amazing property. Spacious, well equipped rooms and the views from the fabulous pool are wonderful.
Gulsev and Fatih are so helpfull, nothing is too much trouble, i thoroughly reccommend Villa Leucosia and cannot wait to return next year.

Pure bliss
Sensational villa in idyllic setting with unbeatable views. There is simply no better place to stay. May it be lounging by the pool, enjoying a nice BBQ on the terrace or going for a swim in the sea, the villa offers everything you need for the perfect holiday getaway.

Wunderschöne Villa mit spektakulärer Aussicht
Wir können die vorangegangenen Kommentare nur bestätigen. Die Villa bildet die Grundlage für einen perfekten Urlaub. Durch ihre unverbaute Hanglage bietet sie einen spektakulären Ausblick über die Bucht von Kas. Es reicht eigentlich schon, den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das wunderschöne Panorama zu genießen. Aber der luxuriöse Pool und das nah gelegene Meer bieten trotzdem willkommene Abwechslungen.
Die Tatsache, dass sich keine Geschäfte in der Nähe der Villa befinden, wird dadurch wett gemacht, dass Fathi, die gute Seele des Hauses, jeden Morgen frisches Brot bringt. Er steht außerdem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Auch Chiara und Gianluca, die Vermieter, waren jederzeit gute Ratgeber. Vor allem sind wir sehr dankbar für die Vermittlung der einzigartigen Schiffstour in Kekova. Mevlut, der Kapitän und Freund des Hauses, bescherte uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaubstag!
Die Stadt Kas ist ca. 6km entfernt und bietet Geschäfte aller Art, viele Restaurants und gute Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Um sie zu erreichen benutzt man den Dolmus oder einen Mietwagen. Es hat uns großen Spaß gemacht abends durch ihre urigen Gassen zu schlendern.
Wir haben es aber auch sehr genossen in den Geschäften lokale Produkte zu kaufen um sie dann abends an der Villa auf den Grill zu schmeißen.
Für uns war es insgesamt der perfekte Urlaub! Nur leider zu kurz. Deswegen werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen!

'Best ever'
Great villa with a great location on the peninsula only a few steps from the sea and only a 10 min drive away from the beautiful small city, Kas. There are so many things to do and to see and we enjoyed every minute of our 19 days stay!
The gardner brought us fresh bread every day, which gave us a nice start of the day:)
We can recommend private boat trips to the different small bays and islands. Grocery shopping at Muthar, the butcher, the vegetable/fruit store across the street and of course the Friday market. Our men enjoyed a weekly hair/beard treat at the barber:)
Chiara and Gianluca are great landlords and very easy to communicate with. Everything went smooth!

About the neighborhood
Kas is a beautiful natural harbour town located along a spectacularly beautiful coastal road and framed by the Taurus Mountains. The winding cobbled streets, colourful local shops and local market place, all combine to provide a real Turkish flavour. <BR>The town extends out onto the Çukurbag peninsula where Villa Leucosia is located, and stretches toward the Greek islands, the closest being Castellorizo ('Meis' in Turkish).<BR>The area around Kas belongs to the Top 100 diving destinations worldwide. This is because this area has a high amount of underwater life, combined with very clear water and beautiful underwater landscapes. There are around 30 different dive spots, that are all reachable within 30 minutes starting from the harbour of Kas.
Getting around
The easiest way to get around is by car. We can recommnd our preferred car hire with competitive rates and excellemt service - nothing os ever a problem with them.
Alternatively, local buses (dolmus) run every 10 minutes on the main road to Kas station.
Kas station is connected with all main sites and cities.
