A luxurious 2/3 bed duplex apartment with - unusually for apartments in Kalkan - its very own private swimming pool.
Mar Azul apartment is a brand-new, beautifully-appointed and well-equipped apartment, in an enviable position close to the town centre. A car is not necessary as you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and boutiques of this friendly but sophisticated harbour town in just a few minutes.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, which each have super-king size beds, and each has a large, modern ensuite shower room/wc.
The 3rd bedroom is off the "master" bedroom and has a small single bed; this is most suitable for parents who want to have a small child sleeping next door.

Superb Apartment close to Town
We stayed at Mar Azul Mid Sept 2023 to Early Oct 23 for 14 nights and organised out transfer to and from Dalman Airport via Fiona at Kalkan Secrets
Firstly the apartment, it was firstly class and the standard of the fittings throughout was stunning, the kitchen had everything for could need to cook a full meal
Settee and Chairs were comfortable as were the beds , the pool was a nice place to cool down and the sunbeds were very comfortable
From the upper balcony you could just see the sea, The area is quiet at night so a restful sleep was had every evening.
The walk into town is exactly 10 minutes as described but it does have a incline on the way back , but that was not an issue and we are in our 60's
The whole booking process was a dream thanks to Fiona
Our damage deposit was returned swiftly,
The arranged transfer was first class and the Limo picked us up on time on arrival and departure
If your looking for first class apartment within walk distance of the centre of Kalkan Mar Azul would be hard to beat

Lovely apartment
Spent 10 days in Kalkan staying at Mar Azul. The apartment was very stylish and comfortable and beautifully furnished with artwork. We are just a couple and only used the kettle, but the flat is well equipped with anything you might need for a family. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day on the beach and well kept by a guy who appeared early some mornings. It was a short stroll into the Old Town and down to the sea, about 10 minutes or so. We didn’t need a car and managed to see the local sights and towns by dolmus and/or very reasonable boat and minibus private trips. I’d definitely recommend this apartment for a small family or two couples.

No need to waste time looking for something else if you plan to come to Kalkan: Really wonderful.

One of the best holidays destinations EVER!
My friends and I loved this stunning apartment. It is a great location within a very easy walking distance to the harbour and restaurants, weekly markets and stores.
The private pool is wonderful to laze around all day, if that's your thing. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms if there are a few people, but at the same time it wouldn't feel too big if it was just for a couple.
I love the fact that they have thought through the fact that sometimes you might just want to cook at 'home' as there are plenty of cooking utensils if you enjoy cooking.
The owners clearly care about the apartment and the experience you are going to have and I will definitely be booking to go back again and again.

Little bit of lux heaven
Perfect place - just right for a stroll to the beach and the lovely bars, restaurants and shops nearby, or stay in for a barbie by the pool. Loads to do in and around Kalkan too, so we weren't bored. We'll be back for sure!

Home from Home
Amazing property, fully equipped with everything you would every need! Just the right distant from town, so an easy walk back. Beautifully clean and a sun trap! I am sure we will visit again.
