It is in a great location near to local restaurants and a supermarket, and an easy 10 minutes stroll into the Centre. By car, the Old Town is just 5 minutes away with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and harbour area. On the pool terrace when standing there are limited sea views, and the stunning sea views open up further from the bedroom balconies and roof terrace. Please ask for more detailsç Ground Floor The entrance is approached by a short flight of steps screened from the pool terrace. On entering a modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and toaster, and a kitchen island with a built-in gas hob. With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and there is an indoor dining table with 6 chairs. Added comfort and convenience for guests comes from Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout. On this level there is also a guest WC. First Floor Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the first floor where there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from a shared balcony, with chairs and a coffee table to soak up the beautiful views over Kalkan bay. Second Floor Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto the roof terrace offering full sunshine and good sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets. The landing of this level is also a utility area containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room with RainForest shower, a special feature jacuzzi bath tub with a view is located in the large bedroom, king size bed, wardrobe with full-length mirror, dressing table and mirror, flat-screenTV, hairdryer, shared balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table, partial sea views. Bedroom 3 – Master double en-suite shower room with RainForest shower, a special feature jacuzzi bath is located in the bedroom with picture window, king size bed, wardrobe with full-length mirror, flat-screenTV, dressing table and mirror, hairdryer, furnished roof terrace with good sea views. Outside The villa’s pool terrace has been tastefully furnished, featuring an outdoor dining area with an adjacent built-in BBQ and a comfortable seating group, both of which are located to the side of the villa under a shady pergola providing the perfect setting for al-fresco living and dining. The terrace comprises a larger than usual pool measuring 12 x 3.30m (1.40m deep) with step ladder access. 4 sunbeds, 2 side tables and 2 parasols are on the pool terrace with additional sunbathing facilities on the roof terrace.
