First time to Kalkan and spent the second week staying at Contantia. It proved a popular choice, well maintained with a fantastic balcony to admire the amazing panoramic views of Kalkan. Convenient pool below to cool off, but also walking distance to Palm, Zest and Mahal beach clubs for sea swimming and sunning. Very friendly and attentive hosts and onsite contact if needed. Would book again.

We spent 10 nights in Kalkan staying at Constantia. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, has some lovely finishing touches and boasts fabulous views across Kalkan bay. It’s also beautifully maintained with regular cleaning and linen changes. The apartment is an easy 10 minute stroll away from Kalkan town, where we sampled some fabulous meals in the evenings. Jocelyn (the owner) was incredibly helpful throughout and I’ve no hesitation in recommending a stay in the lovely Constantia! We can’t wait to visit again!

This is our 7th or 8th visit, hard to remember, to Constantia, and every year it takes our breath away. I'm not just talking about the views, that's a given, but the cleanliness, friendliness and being the most perfect place to relax and rewind. As ever the apartment was perfectly presented. The pool area has new tiling, which is very befitting to the location. The lovely ladies who service the apartment are very friendly, professional and courteous. They, along with Sechin who oversees everything, are brilliant. Now some of you may thing Turkey is a bit dangerous....well how wrong you are. We go every year and take our young son with us. The locals treat us as friends, because, ostensibly, that's what we are. We love the restaurants, bars and shops. Nothing is too much. I cannot reiterate that you've never visited Turkey if you've not experience Kalkan. Jos, the owner of the apartment, is lovely. She will arrange transfers, car hire, etc. and all before you arrive. And I can't express how thrilled we are to have such a lovely lady who looks after us before we even arrived. I give Constantia an excellent rating, but for me, that doesn't go high enough. We've already booked for 2019....don't miss the most magnificent jewel in the Turquoise Coast. Get yourself into Constantia, Kalkan and experience the most memorable holiday you'll ever have.

Constantia was just amazing, a comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed. We were very happy to arrive to some fresh bread, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers which meant we didnt have to rush out to grab a few things for breakfast. Was extra special to wake up to the most magical views each morning and watch the sunset each evening. We were able to walk to the beach club or spend some to by the pool. Was definitely the best apartment we have ever stayed in whilst holidaying. Cant wait to book out next holiday at Constantia !!

We stayed at Constanta in mid November and the apartment is excellent. Great views from very spacious balcony overlooking the bay of Kalkan. The apartment is very large with great amenities and easy access to the great resort of Kalkan with its many and varied restaurants. A very good family apartment with their own pool and only a few apartments in the small complex. All in all a great holiday.

We stayed at Constantia last year and booked again for this year as it is perfect for us. We'll furnished and great kitchen . Water cooler is fantastic saving carrying water form the shops. The main feature is the balcony with 4 sun beds , barbecue and awning for shade when needed. The view is fantastic and you never tire of looking out to sea during the day and the lovely lights at night. An easy walk into town and back if you want to but taxis so cheap if needed. All in all a wonderful apartment that ensures a great relaxing holiday. Jos is always helpful and books taxi transfers and communicates quickly with any questions. Cleaner and manager great.pool is lovely and usually only few people there.Kalkan is the best place we have ever holidayed and the only place I feel totally chilled form arriving to departing.Constantia is a fantastic base to enjoy this wonderful resort.

We love going to Kalkan...it's the most perfect, relaxing place we know on Earth. To stay at Constantia just adds to that. To stay there is just awesome. It has the most wonderful views of Kalkan Bay and, being only 1 of 10 apartments in the block, you can relax in the most idyllic surroundings. The pool is cleaned everyday, the refuse is removed everyday (Roberta is an angel). Beautifully presented, well appointed and only a short walk to town...but being lazy we always got a cab home. The views over Kalkan bay are breathtaking....all you hear is the call to prayers and the 'phut phut' of the boats coming in and out of the harbour. The food is unbelievable, if you ever have a 'bad' meal there, it's still probably better then you get here. I can't wait to go back, but you can't have end of August as we have already rebooked.

Another relaxing two weeks at Constantia. Well maintained, spacious and modernised apartment in bespoke block of nine apartments. Our third visit to this apartment tells you how much we like it. The communal pool was never busy and plenty of sunloungers to choose from. Five minute steep walk to the nearest friendly and welcoming Palm Beach Club and fifteen minute walk into the town. Booking process very easy, as was the transfer from Dalaman Airport that Jos organised. We will be back!!

We have recently returned from our now annual trip to the lovely Kalkan and had a fabulous time at Constantia. We love the Komurluk area as it has wonderful views but is an easy walk into town. We have stayed at a few of the Komurluk apartments and would have no hesitation in recommending any but we found this one to be the best. beautifully furnished with all the necessary gadgets to make great stay including water cooler, mosquito nets , dishwasher etc. The terrace is out of this world with amazing views and 4 sun beds. It also has awnings so that you can have some shade when it's very hot. The barbecue was also great when we just wanted a night in. The town was quieter than usual as people are not going to Turkey as much. All our meals out were lovely and the people can't do enough for you. I would highly recommend Jos's apartment and will hopefully be booking next year soon. Jos was always very helpful and answered all my queries and arranged transfers . All in all just a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend the apartment to anyone .

I visited Kalkan in October 2015staying at Constantia. Never visiting this area of Turkey before, I was very impressed both with the apartment & the town, which reminded me of St. Ives with its winding streets in the centre. Constantia was also much larger than expected with all the home comforts, even a water cooler. It had a large balcony for eating & sunbathing with uninterrupted view of the bay & harbour. Jos was helpful in arranging transfer from the airport with a local company in Kalkan. I will definitely recommend Constantia & will return again in the future.
