We had a fantastic time staying at Villa Kahili.
It’s in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes to the Old Town and Harbour.
The Villa is really spacious and had all the equipment you needed, with nice thoughtful touches throughout.
There is also plenty of outdoor space and the pool was perfect.
Would highly recommend to families and couples wishing to have a home from home holiday in Kalkan

Beautiful Villa
We stayed here in July 2023. The villa is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The sea views are amazing and the pool was a gorgeous temperature. The pool and area is cleaned every day and everywhere is spotless. Kalkan is about a 10 minute walk away, with lots of beautiful restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely Well Equipped Villa
We booked the villa for a girls holiday & couldn’t have chosen better. The villa was spacious & well equipped with comfy beds & a good kitchen. We loved the outside dining area & made good use of the roof terrace for evening drinks, with its lovely views out to sea. The pool area was great for chilling, with enough sun & shade for us all throughout the day.
The host was really accommodating, replying to messages quickly & helping with our taxis, booking a local firm for us who were great.
It was a 10 min downhill walk into Kalkan centre or £5 in a taxi on the return if you don’t fancy the climb.

Home from home!
The booking process was very straightforward throughout & Shiela was always quick to respond & helpful.
We have visited Kalkan several times before, so knew the area Villa Kahili is in. It is well positioned for access to the town & weekly market, yet high enough up the hill to have great views over the bay & islands. On arrival we were greeted by Sahin who helped with our luggage & quickly left us to settle in.
The villa is spacious, in particular the very large bedroom on the first floor, & was well equipped with all we needed, including some basics that helped until we had the chance to pick up some shopping.
The pool area was lovely, with established gardens & the covered dining area was a shady escape that we made good use of & had breakfast there each morning. The pool is a good size & very clean, with the pool man coming each morning to tidy up any fallen flower leaves & clean the pool. There are comfortable sun lounges & towels provided, separate to the inside towels & linen. There is also a built in BBQ & an initial bag of charcoal, all tools & lighter materials were provided.
We love Kalkan, this was our 6th visit, but the villa & it’s facilities allowed us to relax & enjoy all the town has to offer from the moment we arrived.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to Villa Kahili & would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful area.
Thanks to Shiela & her team for making our stay an absolute joy.

A perfect Villa
My friends and I have recently had a week in Kalkan and Villa Kahili was the most perfect place to stay, we loved it! The villa is very well equipped and the pool is gorgeous and cleaned everyday! The bed are incredibly comfortable (which I think is very important)..
Kalkan is a fabulous place with lots of great restaurants, our favourite was Sade, I would book a table it’s very busy!
Thank you Sheila for organising our transfers from the airport, it made it all very easy!
Hope to return to Villa Kahili again!

Close to heaven
The villa is very well equipped and ideally located with incredible views from the rooftop balcony. Sheila is very helpful and gives very practical advice about staying in Kalkan. Sahin, the villa manager, is very responsive and sorts the couple of niggles we had within hours. There is a steep walk back to the villa that is not for the faint hearted in the midday sun - but that is just Kalkan - hilly everywhere. If you don’t like walking up hill don’t go to Kalkan! Or take a taxi (£2 home from the village centre). We had the best holiday and would recommend the villa to you. It’s just lovely. A minor (slightly subjective) observation is that the mattress in the master bedroom we think has seen better days - not very supportive and gave my partner a bad back. If you need a firm bed for comfort then sleep in the downstairs bedroom where the bed is much firmer. We would use the villa again and would certainly recommend Sheila as a host

What a lovely place
From booking this villa I had nothing but issues at my end and Sheila was so helpful and never once told me anything was a problem, she was patient with me and my constant emails to her.
We arrived to a really lovely homely and nicely decorated villa, we had a welcome pack and all instructions were written clearly.
The Villa had everything we could need and was so well equipped, even down to hand soaps in the bathrooms. There was a mid week linen and towels change and the pool was tended to everyday.
We walked into town in 10minutes, we had some really lovely evenings in the private and non overlooked garden,
The BBQ was easy to use and cleaned out once used.
All in all I cannot fault this villa, it is a lovely place

Fabulous villa
Fabulous, very well equipped villa. Owner makes it all very easy from booking to directions. Loved the position too. We hired a car but there are Taxis everywhere. Loads of restaurants and hav left a few recommendations in her book. Absolutely loved Kalkan and Turkey.Thank you Sheila.

Perfect
Communication with Sheila was perfect from as soon as we booked the villa. The villa itself is exactly as described. The pool area was cleaned every day and we were provided by a mid stay clean, as we stayed for two weeks. The living accommodation is spaceous and the bedrooms all spotless. The pool is deep and so children should be supervised but it was fabulous to use it due to the heat in July/August. Kalkan has over 100 restaurants/bars/cafes and so you will be spoilt for choice. A number of them do free local delivery for takeaways and so some days we didn't even leave the villa! Sheila also arranged transfers for us and they were ready and waiting for us when we landed. Very reasonable price. Completely recommend this villa to everyone.

Kalkan is a small yet unique harbour town with unrivalled charm and character. A short walk down through the maze of cobbled streets lined with historic Greek and Turkish buildings covered in bougainvillea, soon reveals why Kalkan and its friendly people attracts the discerning time and time again.Renowned for its moderately priced high-quality restaurants, dine in the roof-terrace restaurants, listen to live classical/jazz music, relax and enjoy the view of the harbour and bay. Wander past charming boutique shops or through the local market - there is plenty here to absorb. Kalkan has a small attractive pebble beach, or visitors may choose one of the beach clubs set around this peaceful haven to relax at the waters edge. In the bay, the clear waters are ideal for all forms of water sports and boats can be hired for fishing, diving or lazy days at sea.The famous Patara beach (20 kms of sand) is 30 mins from the villa; Kaputas cove, a secluded sandy beach at the foot of a ravine is 5 mins away. The great classical sights of Xanthos, Patara, Pinara, Tlos and Letoon are all within easy reach.Kalkan is a holiday destination which appeals on many fronts - historical, cultural or just relaxation.

Flights to Dalaman are available from all over the UK. We can arrange transfers or car hire for guests. The journey to Villa Kahili from the airport is a pleasant and scenic drive taking 1 hr 40 mins. For transfers a representative will meet you at the airport and drive you directly to the villa in a private air conditioned taxi or mini bus - dependant on the size of your party. Transfer costs range from £120 - £150. Car hire £26- £60/day.
