We have stayed here a few years ago and loved it ! we were not disappointed on our return . Pool has been improved with gradual steps into it instead of the previous ladder . Villa has great views over the Mediterranean sea and Kalkan harbour. We were a family of 4 , two boys 9 and 12 and they loved to play in the pool and in the evenings walk down into kalkan for dinner and drinks either at the harbour or the bars on the way down....fantastic villa in a perfect location !!

Really enjoyed our stay at serenity one villa everything was exactly as described and the only regret was that we weren’t staying longer. The Villa is at the top of quite a steep hill so it felt precarious walking down to the village however taxis are so cheap that it didn’t affect our enjoyment in any way.

This is the best villa we have stayed in , we love Kalkan and the stay was even better because of this. It really did have the wow factor from the airport pick up transport vehicle to the well thought out welcome pack , making our first morning really easy before we shopped . The centre of Kalkan was only a short taxi ride away and to have a phone that contained taxi numbers was brilliant. The villa was high spec including the bathrooms. All rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was so well equipped with every thing we needed and more and it also had a water cooler . The outside area was gorgeous , the pool and large jacuzzi were heated and the views were lovely . There was a lovely area to eat and sit in the shade to the side Thanks you Tracy and Steve for such a wonderful stay

This is the third time we have stayed here and as the scenery speaks for itself the villa has the wow factor too..... An amazing infinity pool and jacuzzi. Stylish and modern kitchen and bedrooms - the master room has a stand alone bath overlooking the sea !!!!. Great location up in the hill and a short cab ride down into town. WE loved staying here. this is the second time we have stayed here with the same friends. It is a beautiful villa and has all the mod cons and facilities we demand. We did have a small problem with the water temperatures in the showers, but a phone call to the agent and some one was sent out to fix it within an hour !!! great service...... hot water was resumed !!! there was no mid week clean due to covid but that wasn't a big deal. The pool man came and delivered fresh bread every day and in the evening to tidy up the sunbeds. We have no hesitation to come back next year !!!! Thank you

Where do I start? Really didn’t think we’d be there this year with outbreak of Covid. It was less than 3 weeks before we were to travel that BA said they were flying to Kalkan. Well thank goodness they did and we have had the holiday of our dreams. The photos on website don’t do the villa justice. The view is as good as you’ll get anywhere. We spent majority of time at villa because we didn’t want to tear ourselves away from it. The villa itself has everything you need, we didn’t want for anything. Even had a pair of binoculars which were excellent for spotting boats etc at sea. A nice touch is the water cooler. They provide you with one huge drinking water container with its own dispenser and then you just call when you need more. Made a change not having to buy it regularly from the supermarket. The daily bread delivery was fantastic and meant you didn’t need to food shop until later. Cleaners visited three times in our two week stay. I expected towels and maybe sheets changed but as well as this they gave the place a thorough clean each time and so it looked like we’d just arrived. I’ve never experienced this before with a villa. Usually just towel and linen change once half way through. The owner Tracy was excellent. I had to change flights because of the Thomas Cook fiasco and with Covid I had to change flights because BA weren’t flying from Gatwick so needed to stay an extra night. Nothing was a problem with Tracy. The management company were excellent too and very prompt with a couple of small issues we had. The only thing that’s a pain is the VERY steep walk into town. Takes about 15/20 minutes but is quite slippery, I always wore trainers and put nicer shoes in my bag if we were going into town. We nearly always got a taxi back but not a hassle as plenty about and cost just 20 TL. We always walked to supermarket, did a big shop and got taxi back. We had thought we might hire a car but we didn’t. First time to Kalkan and loved it. This villa is exceptional, you will not be disappointed if you book it. We will definitely be back 😊!!

We have been coming to Kalkan for quite a few years now and we all agreed that this wonderful villa has the best views of any we have stayed in. Beautifully presented and very comfortable. The management team were very helpful when required and the pool area was checked daily and fresh water bottles delivered on request. Fresh bread was delivered every morning. We would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday.

We have just had another 2 weeks in our favourite place in the whole world we just love Kalkan but it’s only made special because of this wonderful villa every thing about this villa is just perfect .The management team Tracy uses to run her villa makes sure everything is just so from arriving to leaving we are already counting down to our next visit 29 weeks to be exact.

I have never written a review before on Tripadvisor, but this was an exceptional villa with breath taking views over Kalkan. It took us a little while to get used to the fact that we ordered taxis to go anywhere, but this really didn't matter at all as the taxis were so cheap and always arrived within minutes of calling them. The local house mobile was extremely useful for calling taxis and making dinner reservations. The villa worked perfectly for us with teenage children. There was plenty of space and it was clean, modern and had a stunning pool. It had been recommended to us by friends and we would definitely recommend to others. The owners were extremely helpful in booking airport transfers etc. too. Thank you for a great holiday!

We have just had another fantastic 2 weeks in serenity 1 ,from arriving to leaving everything was perfect. We just loved relaxing around the pool looking at the wonderful views in my opinion the best views in Kalkan whilst discussing which of the lovely restaurants we would eat in that night ( shear bliss) .We had such a wonderful time we are returning in October for another 2 weeks in paradise.
