There are also some very popular restaurants, including The Castle and Fidanka, within a 5 minute walk.

We spent 12 fantastic nights at Villa Elia. We are a family of 5 and we had 2 friends with us too, but the villa was plenty big enough for all 7 of us. It is beautifully appointed with high end white kitchen and laundry goods, TV, DVD player and good wifi. However you won't want to spend too much time inside as the extensive pool area has seating, sunbathing and dining areas for you to enjoy the absolutely breathtaking views over the beautiful Kalkan bay. The lovely pool is cleaned every day, and a property manager sorts any small issues (eg water cooler refills) promptly and efficiently. Kalkan has many great restaurants: we particularly liked Bharat, Villa Mahal (romantic, waterside tables), Aubergine, Salt & Pepper (our overall favourite), and Levent Borek (for takeaway borek, an amazing savoury or sweet Turkish pastry dish). There are also easily-reachable beach clubs - we loved the Villa Mahal Beach club which has a spectacular location, great swimming, and excellent lunchtime and evening dining. And if you want to buy low-cost, good-quality, replica designer clothes, shoes, bags, etc, then Kalkan must be the world capital for this! If you are shopping, the best deals are for cash, with hard currency (esp £) often preferred given the instability of the Turkish lira.

Second visit in two years.......
We looked around for our returning visit for this years trip to Kalkan, family of four, two boys 21 & 19, but we couldn't find anything better than what we had the previous year so contacted Liz, the owner, and she was able to accommodate us for another year.
Sometimes change is good, sometimes just for the sake of it, having the familiarity of knowing what you're walking into at 0130 after a long flight and transfer is just what you need, plus the welcome pack.
We all trooped off the same bedrooms to wake up to the best view of Kalkan, from Villa Elia's lofty perch you get amazing views from the very good sized infinity pool where there is a luxurious amount of space for a family to spread out but crucially enough good shade to compliment the sun drenched comfy loungers and large parasols.
Wonderfully kitted out inside, all the bits you need to cater for a meals or BBQ's etc., big TV with Fire stick should you want it, walkable to town and cheap taxis back.
Importantly the area is quiet, some of the town villas can get a little overspill noise but you won't get that at Villa Elia.
At least 3 beach clubs are in walkable distance and there is a little shop 3 mins walk for essentials.
The villa and the area of Kisla is very hard to beat in Kalkan.........
In town support team should you need them, and Liz is always on hand to help and offer tips and suggestions during your stay.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Exceeded expectation
We spent a lot of time researching villas and having stayed in the area before we knew we wanted the Kisla area; late sun, quiet, close to town via taxi, great views, 4 beach clubs (3 in walking distance).
It is rare for the reality to match the pictures but I think this villa comes very very close. Ticked all our boxes:
location
beautiful pool where you can watch amazing sunsets
modern living arrangement
all kitchen amenities
huge amount of space
effective air-con was a huge bonus
All in all an amazing return to Kalkan for our family.
Don't hesitate to contact the owner, Liz, very responsive and wants to know you're having the best time whilst there and sent us loads of info to make everything easy.

Stunning house
A fantastic stay in a house that had everything. Clean, attractive, with an infinity pool we loved, views out over the bay and a short walk to a shop or some pretty restaurants. Great base to explore the region if you can bear to tear yourself away from the house:)
Comfortable beds, airy bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and a patio garden that is ideal for the family to hang out.
Kalkan was just down the hill, a pretty, popular village with boats and restaurants, shops and outings. We went a short distance to ancient Patara with its impressive amphitheatre and remains, and to the charming town of Kas with its markets and cafes.

You have to book this place
As it was our first time in Turkey and also the first time renting a villa, I felt this holiday vacation was either going to be a hit or a miss well I can tell you now it was a definite hit.
Upon arrival we genuinely thought This is what it must be like for lottery winners.
With the crystal blue affinity pool blending in beautifully with the Mediterranean to the south, hugged Either side of the Kalyan maintains, this was truly something dreams were made of, possibly and unsurprisingly it gets better, the bedrooms could adorn any five star hotel in Europe with its palatial marble floors and beautifully fitted baths and showers this wasn’t just exclusive for the master bedroom, each of the bedrooms were of similar taste and style and for once there was no arguing on who had the “best bedroom “as each room were perfect in every way, The lounge area was also wall-to-wall with fine marble , It’s coolness in the shade had a wonderful ambience where you could sit, and chat with a glass of chilled wine while the kids were having the time of their lives by the pool area, you still hear the laughter and fun as the Sun was setting over the ocean and dropping behind the mountains.
Eating out with a similar experience great food, great prices and the staff who are genuinely happy and would cater for every need. I honestly cannot see myself or my family going anywhere else again as this beautiful villa and location ticked every box and some.

Perfect stay
We loved our stay at Villa Elia.
Villa Elia is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. It has the best views of Kalkan. All rooms are with a full view. The infinity pool is amazing 😊.
The Villa is walking distance to beach clubs, and close to Kalkan shops and restaurants.
A big thanks to the owner Liz who was very nice. Not to forget the technical guy Erhan he was very kind and helpful with everything we needed.
I fully recommend Villa Elia to our friends and relatives.

Perfect choice!
During all of the chaos this year, we decided to take family ( 85 y.o father in law included) on a get away vacation! He’s chilling in the picture! Needless to say, after reading all of the previous reviews,Villa Elia and staff were perfect! I preferred the location away from some of the cluttered Villas. This Villa had a wonderfully unobstructed view of the sea. The decor was modern, bright and cheerful. Loved our bedrooms with full view of the sea and taking in the twinkling lights of the town in the evening! The infinity pool was a blast! Thanks to Liz for sharing this wonderful gem! Lastly I have to give the hotel restaurant Fidanka a plug. We dined there on my birthday. It’s a short walk from the Villa- the atmosphere and food were spectacular. Hope you enjoy this place as Kalkan as much as we did!

In One Word Fantastic!!
We love Kalkan and have travelled many times. This time we loved the experience from the very start and stayed in the Kisla area for the first time. Our house owner was so helpful and just like the staff working on maintenance and incoming were also very polite and extremely helpful. The Villa was just fabulous and waking up in the mornings was like waking up in a luxury boat since you have a panoramic view of the sea. Villa Elia is modern, spacious and fully equipped which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The infinity pool has spectacular views across the bay. Very elegantly and modernly designed also having a great outdoor dining area. We will be back hopefully soon...

Stunning modern Villa, with unbeatable views!
We had a delightful two week holiday at Villa Elia, the villa is spacious with all the mod cons you would hope for and the views from the terraces are stunning. We had many enjoyable BBQ's in the outdoor seating area, with the great produce that can found at many of the local supermarkets. The Villa is very well located with beach clubs / restaurants and Kalkan town (a bustling harbour town with a fantastic array of restaurants) just a short journey away. Both Liz and the local management team were very helpful and had some great recommendations. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing villa in an amazing place
Our first trip to Kalkan didn't disappoint. The Villa was just fabulous and made our stay in Kalkan one to remember. Villa Elia is modern, spacious and fully equipped which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Externally there is an amazing infinity pool with spectacular views across the bay. Sunsets by the pool are a must. Plenty of sun loungers and a great outdoor dining area. Honestly can't fault this villa and it's location is great being within easy reach of beach clubs and a short drive or sea taxi to the old town. We hope to come back.
