A luxury 4 bedroom Villa with spectacular sea views, situated in Kisla, Kalkan.
Built from local stone, with Marble flooring and air-conditioning throughout, Villa Alexanders crowning glory is a vast top floor master suite with open plan bathroom and walk in shower. The bedrooms have large balcony space with sofas and sun loungers and stunning views of Kalkan bay and her islands. The outside area features a large infinity swimming pool for you to cool off in and numerous seating areas with chic contemporary sofas. The previous 5th bedroom has been re-designed as a Games room with Multi- media gaming and Pool table.

Amazing Villa
This villa is amazing will definitely go back in the summer time has four bedrooms facing a gorgeous sea view and most importantly quality from the furniture to the pieces of art work and comfort so elegantly executed definitely will come back again.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful villa.
The Villa Alexander must have one of the most beautiful, relaxing views I have ever been lucky enough to take in. The Villa itself is extremely well equipped with a lovely kitchen, plenty of comfortable steamers and outside sofas etc. The hosts were great and very knowledgeable on local restaurants giving fantastic recommendations. Our favourite part of the holiday at Villa Alexander was taking a cup of tea up on to any of the balconies early in the morning to watch the boats leave for the day, and to see the sun come up over the hill to warm the villa and it’s stunning veranda and pool. We will be returning to the Villa Alexander and thank you for a wonderful family holiday. Thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect villa for big family with teens
The most perfect villa for a large family group with teenagers. Whilst it’s a bit of a walk into town, the cab drivers are so cheap and appear in minutes. The villa is astonishingly beautiful with incredible views, is the best equipped we have ever stayed in and any issues we had were immediately corrected (air conditioning fixed and water delivered same day).

A privilege
The finest home we’ve had the privilege of looking after.
As described… with bells on.
Peaceful location, with easy access to a range of Beach clubs to suit mood & taste.
C. 20 min walk into Kalkan town or a 60TL (~£3) taxi ride.
Communication with host a pleasure (pre-, during & post-stay).
Went home with a few new interiors ideas too.
If we return to Kalkan, we’ll look to stay here again.

Perfectly luxurious villa
If you book Villa Alexander you won’t be disappointed! As soon as we arrived at the villa we knew we had made the right decision, it had everything we could ever need and more! Everything was had been finished to the highest standard and made for the most amazing 10 days holiday for the whole family. During the holiday the villa played host to four generations of my family and could meet the needs for all age groups. From an older parent in her 70s, my husband and I in our 50s, my children and their partners in their 20s and 30s and my grandchildren aged 2 - 6 years old.
The pool overlooks the coastline and sea below with uninterrupted views for the most amazing sunsets. Once the sun has set the town laid out either side of the villa is
A picturesque blanket of lights that can been seen from every bedroom’s balcony.
From the moment I booked the villa there was superb communication from Richard and Jane (the owners), they even assisted with transfers who, themselves, were highly professional.
We cannot wait to visit Kalkan again and hope to stay at the Villa Alexander very soon.

Amazing villa
Wow, what a stunning villa with views you will never tire of. We stayed as a family of 6 to celebrate 2 special birthdays and Villa Alexander didn't disappoint. From its stylish interior to its outside entertaining space and wonderful pool area, it really does have that special feel that we often hope for, but seldom find. The 1st floor bedrooms are so well appointed and are all of a similar size with the same amazing view, making it suitable for groups of friends and families alike. The master suite on the top floor is just the icing on the cake and really does have the wow factor. Kalkan is such a special place and we had some fabulous meals and trips out, made all the better knowing that we were going back to this special place to stargaze into the early hours, we even saw a few shooting stars. The views from the balconies and poolside are simply stunning, day and night, something that will live long in all our memories. Thanks to Richard for making the booking process so simple and for helping make our holiday so memorable.

Amazing Stay Once Again!
We are so happy that Richard & Jane have decided to reopen Villa Alexander for rentals! We first came in 2013 and had the most amazing week and were so happy that our visit in 2019 was as good if not better! The villa had just been re decorated so the Villa felt almost brand new. Exceptionally clean, hand over and cleaning service was brilliant. Cant wait to book again for this year!

So many 'wow' moments when you explore this stunning property. Every detail beautifully executed. Soul healing view, amazingly stylish interior. Exceptional value for money. Could not recommend highly enough.

Beautiful villa, lack of privacy
The interior of the villa was stunning and spacious, exactly as seen in website photos. Fifth bedroom was separate to the house and although still well furnished is only really suitable for adults as it is accessed outside of main perimeter of the house. Pool and patio area with beautiful views perfect for warm days lounging but very overlooked. Photos on the website are taken from a clever angle which doesn't show close proximity of other properties. Beach club within walking distance was good place to spend days but it was a hot walk in August!! For same reason walking into town was not really an option as too far in the summer heat. Taxi service between town and villa reliable. Kalkan a beautiful town, good restaurants but best day was spent on boat trip snorkeling and eating freshly (caught and) prepared food.

Amazing Villa
Kalkan is a beautiful place with stunning villas.
Villa Alexander has amazing views and a beautiful interior.
Consisting of 3 floors all with balconies, en suites and full air conditioning.
No real complaints to be honest but there were a few points that would have made it a bit more enjoyable.
The master suite is stunning but there is no full length mirror so it was difficult to dry your hair or check your clothing once ready to go out. The shower looks fabulous but the pressure is very poor and really lets the wet room down.
No door as its open plan to separate from the rest of the house means you can hear everything. Lights are also annoying when your trying to sleep. In hindsight I would have preferred one of the other rooms on the 2nd level.
Last but not least, it is very overlooked, no privacy whatsoever, if you dont mind that its great!
Overall a fantastic holiday in a beautiful place. You do need taxis into town as its very hilly but I would definitely visit again.

First time in Turkey and most definitely not the last.
