Spotlessly clean house with well-maintained pool and garden. There are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The main bedrooms have double beds and air-conditioning. The 3rd bedroom is a fan room with twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials. The lounge is airconditioned with is a flatscreen TV which has a Wifi Smart Box and satellite reception. There is also a DVD player. The garden and porch or roof top garden are pleasant places to sit in with table and chairs for relaxing. The indoor furniture is tasteful and co-ordinated. All the appliances and Wifi are in good working order. Electricity and water meter readings are billed separately on departure. Motorbike rental available through the owner. The owner runs a restaurant with full meal order delivery service if require...

Schöne und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Pool
Habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war zwar etwas klein und die Stromrechnung für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt mit 2000 Baht m.E. recht gesalzen und überteuert. Und ohne ein "Moped" ist man allerdings dort aufgeschmissen

Thank you for your review. I see generally that you were pleased with your stay. Sorry about the electricity and water bill. There are 3 air-conditioners and they can run up the meter reading if left on. I hope if come back again you will let us organize a motorbike for you. Every great holiday begins with a snake...
We - three adults - fully enjoyed our stay in "Mart´s Place" for two weeks this February/March. The house were absolutely perfect. A nice small and well equipped kitchen. As an unexpected bonus, even equipped with a combined washing machine/dryer. Also clean and usable bathrooms. In particular we enjoyed relaxing at the terrace, perfectly shielded from the ever shining sun.
Unexpected, but very welcome, "guests", were cleaning the pool more times a week, as well as the small garden was kept nice and clean.
Actually living in the Chuttikarn Village, is like living in the countryside, although Hua Hin and the beach is only few kilometers away. Also a bike ride to the nearby Black Mountains is recommendable.
Overall this stay turned out to be a true sunshine paradise.
Speaking of paradise - every great story (and holiday) seems to begin with a snake - so thanks to our opposite neighbors for welcoming us with the unmistakable snake warning sounds. Although we (or the requested animal paramedics) never saw the infamous snake, this welcome caused much laughing.
Also want to thank our very helpful host, Martin, as well as our always awake and smiling guard aka Mr. Smile.

Thank you, I am very pleased to get a five Bubble review. Mr Jess Moller and party were perfect guests. It was obvious they came to Thailand to stay and enjoy there holiday.The little things that sometimes happen on holidays were never a dilemma for the Moller's. They loved every thing about Hua Hin especially the weather but did not look forward to going back to freezing Demmark.

Another fantastic stay
Second visit to house this year just as good as the first. Big thanks to Martin he makes whole experience easy. Had great time in hua him house in great location in lovely quiet street. Only short ride to main centre lots to do in area with a little effort can't wait to return this place is a great place to stay very cheap for what you get can't rate highly enough don't take my word for it see for yourself. Affordable and clean
I stayed with my two daughters (8 & 11) on sept/Ot. The home was clean and modern with good air conditioning. The village in which this home is located has a quite and tidy surrounds.
We were happy with the home and thought it was great value.

A truly amazing stay
We stayed in Baan Chuttikarn for 8 nights in early May, Its a really lovely house, Martin has made it a real home from home and has thought of everything for a perfect stay. We had the pleasure of meeting Martin during our stay and were able to tell him how much we were enjoying staying at the house.
It's a great place to stay and relax as its in a really tranquil complex. Its a great place for exploring the local area and Market Village and Blue Port are just a short distance away. We found the food market on the main road an excellent place to eat in the evenings. We can't wait to hopefully come back to Baan Chuttikarn next year.

Christian and Joanne are a refined English couple whom I would highly recommend as guests. They enjoyed the up market shopping and dining in Hua Hin and the nice quiet atmosphere at the village to relax.

holiday home hua hin
Had fantastic time at Martin's house in Hua Hin. House was perfect for my needs and was in a lovely quiet street, just a short taxi ride from centre and beach, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The two Scotsmen where excellent guests. They especially enjoyed the nearby entertainment, markets and the inexpensive dining stalls with bar facilities.

Myself and wife and 2 teenager daughters loved Martins place during our 8 day stay there this year
Room by room management were so helpful and proffessional...the villa was great and the pool was well maintained and was enjoyed by us....we would definetely stay again and would reccomend it for a family stay...

Villa sympa mais manque trop de choses utiles pour apprécier le séjour. Regrettable..
Villa bien située dans joli lotissement calme pas très loin des plages,marchés commerces,animations,etc......piscine petite mais agréable, propriétaire sympa,etc....
Par contre! trop de choses manquantes en cuisine. Pas de plat à four,pas de plats de services,pas de saladier,pas de soupière,pas de faitout,etc.......
Pas de vrai canapé et de plus très,très inconfortable. Téléviseur trop ancien qui ne permet pas de le relier à l'ordinateur, pas de chaine TV5 monde,etc.....
Pas de bain de soleil à la piscine,manque quelques serviettes de toilettes et 2 ou 3 chaises de plus,etc....dommage! cette location pêche par le détail pour rendre le séjour plus agréable.............

Mr Boulet is a valued customer from France. I was fortunate enough to meet him personally in Hua Hin. There was every indication he was a happy customer. So much so he booked a further ten days, a total stay of six weeks. I explained that unfortunately we do not provide specialized culinary cooking utensils. Thank you, Martin

Brilliant stay in Hua Hin,we loved every second!
So glad we discovered Martin's villa. For the first part of our trip we had family with us and having 3 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms was just fantastic(especially with teenage girls-you know how long they can spend there!)
Perfect location,as we had been to Hua Hin before.We loved having our own pool this time ;such a luxury!
Everything about the villa was good-well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds.Also very safe and secure,with very friendly security guards,on duty 24/7.We would definitely love to come again -we loved it!

Oase der Ruhe
Gute Möglichkeit sich dem Trubel der Stadt zu entziehen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und die Beschreibung entspricht vollkommen.
Man soll ein Auto oder Motorrad vermieten.Die Nachbarn sind sehr sehr hilfsbereit und man kann ein Motorroller von Heinz der Nachbar vermieten.

Central to Hua Hin city. In a pleasant setting near the foothills and close to the beach. The house is 4 km to the beach and city. There is a mix of foreign and Thai residents in the village. The people living in the village are friendly and obviously house proud because the houses are clean and well kept. There is 24-hour security with .respectful Thai guards.
