Directly at the beach, big shopping center in walking distance, beautiful pool, quiet well maintained location. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, nothing is missing. Jason was very helpful and always replied within a few hours. Close to perfection!

Had the best 2 weeks here in Hua Hin at Jason's apartment. Dealing with Jason was a dream as he always responded quickly to any questions that I asked. The apartment had everything that we required, very clean, balcony, great pool, wonderful beach to walk along in the mornings, fabulous shopping centre across the road with plenty of eating options. Would I go back....you betcha!

Wir wohnten im Okt. 2017 für 16 Tage im Apartement vom Eigentümer Jason S. im Condo Baan San Dao. Fazit: ein perfekt ausgestattetes Apartement, auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Apartem. verfügt neben dem großzügigen Wohnzimmer über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer u. einem kleinen Balkon. Es befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk. Der Küchenbereich ist perfekt ausgestattet. Neben Wasserkocher und Toaster sind reichlich Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. Gekocht haben wir allerdings nie. In einem kleinen Nebenraum (Store-room) befindet sich ein Safe, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett u. vieles mehr. Im Wohnzimmer u. im größeren Schlafzimmer befinden sich Flachbild-TVˋs (kein deutschsprachiges Programm). Außerdem vorh. ein DVD-Player (nicht benutzt). Ein kurzer Weg zu den Swimmingpools und zum Strand. Die Anlage wirkt insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bewacht wird sie von der Strand- u. Straßenseite. Das gesamte Personal (Damen im Büro, Wachleute, Zimmermädchen) waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt im Condo Baan San Dao sehr zufrieden. Die Abrechnung des Wasser- u. Stromverbrauchs bei der Abreise war sehr korrekt. Für unseren 16tägigen Aufenhalt hatten wir knapp 2500 Baht zu zahlen.

We found the apartment exactly as advertised. The whole property is neat and clean and very well looked after. The pool is great and is right next to the white sandy beach. But what can I say about the location. One word "BRILLIANT". It is right opposit to Hua Hin Market Village shopping mall. There is a 7/11 next door. Down town is a 2 minute tuk tuk ride. Dealing with Jason (owner) was very easy. Very prompt in his response. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Hua Hin, do yourself a favour and book this apartment. You will not regret it.

We stayed 1 month in this condo and everything was great, very quiet and close to shopping center, swimming pool and beach.

We had an amazing two week stay at Baan San Dao which was perfect for us and our two boisterous boys. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean and plenty big enough for a family of 4. We were a little worried about the additional cost of electricity and water as we used the air conditioning a lot as it was very hot, this wasn't too bad at about £45 for the 2 weeks. Reception told us that this was a fairly average cost. The apartment was perfectly located, right on the beach with a huge pool which we had mostly to ourselves. It's across the road from a large shopping mall which has a large supermarket for general groceries and a 7/11 was just outside. Easy access by tuk tuk or bus to the main town and night market or you could easily walk if you felt like it. There are loads of food options nearby on the street or on the beach and we were spoilt for choice with the food stalls and night markets. We were all happy bumbling about at the pool or on the beach during the day and very quickly relaxed, so much so that we didn't want to leave. The whole booking process was easy and the owner, Jason, provided really useful information upon booking. We would all definitely recommend this apartment and location, it's the nicest apartment we've stayed at in Hua Hin and is excellent value for money.

Baan San Dao ligt heel erg mooi, aan zee. Het appartement was heel mooi en schoon. Wij verbleven er met vrienden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zit in een rolstoel maar de hele accomodatie is rolstoelvriendelijk, alleen bij de ingang van gebouw 2 moest je wel een hele korte draai maken om een brugje over te gaan, maar met wat hulp lukte dit wel. De accomodatie ligt heel centraal, dicht bij winkels en naar het centrum of de andere kant Cicadee markt of apenberg is met een tuktuk of met de plaatselijke bus goed te doen. Wat ons allemaal gelijk opviel was wat de fotos lieten zien er ook daadwerkelijk zo uitzag. Al met al een geweldige accomodatie en we komen zeker nog een keer terug.' Lidy .

we arrived at apartment after a few days in bangkok,we were in for a suprise as pics on tripadviser dont do apartment justice it is fab everything needed for long stay,always cleaned every week but all nessasary cleaning equipment in apartment aswell,fantastic location on the BEACH with some nice beach bars were you can eat dinner under the stars at very reasonable price,s ,across the very busy road is market village with many resturants shopping,bars.I must mention mix n match bar were we had many a night with all of the staff a great little bar,We have been all around the world and this apartment and hua hin tops the lot from sightseeing to old town markets to super seafood you cant beat it .we spent 6 weeks in thailand our first time there and we were amazed at every turn what a fatastic memory we have to keep,thanks to jason withan easy booking and helpful advise all in all 5 STAR

Hôtel magnifique en bordure de plage, grands appartements très luxueux et parfaitement propre, très belle piscine moderne bien entretenue. Bien que nous n'avons pas beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de Hua Hin, si vous chercher du luxe pour un prix raisonnable, on a trouvé la perle !

Great location as you can walk from the swimming pool onto the beach, and it is across the road from Market Village Shopping center which has a excellent food court located on the ground floor. The office staff were always friendly and keen to help. The unit itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable
