An extremely comfortable, quiet and well appointed private villa. Perfectly located in the rapidly growing southern area of Sanur with easy walk to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, banking and auth money changers. Owner Tony, manager Made were great to deal with and staff Kadek & Melli were prompt and friendly with all of our local requirements. Very highly recommended

This was our 2nd stay at the villa, Tony is easy to deal with as is Made, his Bali person. The ground staff are always there help offering advise, organising things for you, and tending to their responsibiliteis of each villa. We enjoy the position close to the beach, restaurants and a good walk to Hardys Supermarket and all that Jl Tamblingan offers. The villa offers complete privacy,, maybe a spruce up but all in all a great villa. Thanks to Tony, Made Kadek & all other helpers.

Just stayed at this Villa for a 3rd time. Fabulous, I've only got good things to say. Facilities, pool tec etc perfect. The best staff, always there to help out with anything you need, very friendly.. Short walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. My only disappointment was my favourite restaurant the Stadium was gone but replaced by The Onion. Owned by an Englishman, beautiful meals and desserts. I would highly recommend eating there, just around the corner. Loved my stay at the villa once again. Can't wait until I return.

I just had my last swim in the private pool of the villa before I checkout. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and love it just as much each time. What can I say that I haven't said before because the villa is just great in all ways. The service is always excellent as is the accommodation. Lots of great eating places within walking distance.Sorry to be leaving but hope to be back soon.

A wonderful villa in a great, central location.. The villa was kept spotlessly clean by Ashe,Kadek and her team. Communication was faultless with the owner. It was our sons birthday whilst we were away and they even organised a birthday cake for him and decorated his bed with petals! Nothing was too much trouble! The villa itself had everything you need, including a fish tank in the bathroom! The pool was wonderful refreshing and private. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough!

Back again for the second time. Not disappointed. Everything perfect, great facilities, great location, awesome staff, very attentive , friendly and helpful. Not even the tiniest problem with villa, everthing in good working order. Will most defiantly stay again. Can't recommend a stay at this villa more highly.

I loved this villa so much that I have come back again. Thank you so much to the staff that looked after us so well once more. The villa is within walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. There is a lovely private swimming pool for you to enjoy, if you are not a beach lover. The villa is very comfortable, the beds are great,there is free Wi-Fi, DVDs and hot and cold bottled water supplied.Boutique Villa is modern and new with a Bali twist, I hope that I can return here again, soon.

I stayed at this villa for three nights with my best friend in August. It is absolutely beautiful. The pool and the outside area is magical, and completely private. The kitchen and living room was great, offering a really nice break from the hotel rooms we had been in and allowing us to cook our own food. The bedrooms were equally stunning, offering open sky bathrooms and huge showers. Everything was clean and modern, and couldn't be more perfect. The staff were great. They were visible for any help you need throughout the stay, without being in the way of a private experience. They were so sweet! It is a really great location, just off the main shopping and restaurant street. There is a small chemist and grocery just down the road also which was really convenient. You can also request delivery from a nearby cafe to your villa if you don't want to head out for food. I absolutely can't wait to come back again and stay, hopefully for longer. We went for a girls getaway with just the two of us, but it would be great for a family or even a bigger group of friends too. Only downfall was that the villa is verrrry difficult to find. The street it is on is a main road, however, there is no 'Sanur Boutique Villa' sign. Our taxi driver was getting increasingly frustrated and telling us the villa didn't exist, which was making us understandably upset. The numbers we had found on the confirmation were not going through either. We eventually paid our taxi driver and got out, and actually went to a cafe to find wifi and double check the address. It was only after walking along the street really slowly dragging our bags did we manage to find it - it is actually labelled under another property name. Huge white concrete and long driveway. This also caused problems on the day of our boat cruise, as the company driver picking us up couldn't find the location, and we very nearly missed the boat. TIP - look for a bar called 'Sweethearts Bar' and it is directly across from that. So only feedback is there definitely needs to be signs put up for the property, or at the very least much more specific directions given at the time of booking. That being said, I can't fault anything else about the stay. Was exactly what we wanted, and I recommend it wholeheartedly!
