Children's Playroom
Children will love CassaMia.
The open lawn gives them plenty of space to horse around or have a picnic.
They can splash around the pool in its large and shallow end under the shade of a parasol and frangipani tree. A temporary pool fence can be installed on request.
The air-conditioned playroom is equipped with plenty of toys, games, crafts and books to keep them entertained.
There is also a huge selection of over 100 children’s DVDs, including favourite Disney classics.
Living Space
You are spoilt for choice on options for relaxation or social interaction. The daybeds by the pool and the living room are great places to chillax, hang out, read a book, or take an afternoon nap. Adults can indulge in a massage by the pool or unwind in the shaded bale with a glass of bubbles in hand.
Those who crave activity can take yoga lessons on the lawn or do laps in the pool. Others less wanting of strenuous activity can hole themselves up in our indoor "cinema” watching latest blockbuster from our extensive DVD collection or Cable TV.
In the evenings, dinners can involve an outdoor barbeque and/or drinks by the bar with groovy music to setting the mood via our state-of-the-art BOSE sound system.

Our accommodation is built as kids and family friendly. Smoking is allowed outside the room.
This villa is just perfection! We travelled and stayed with three families in September 2024. The location is wonderful and out of the busy and bustle of Seminyak or Canngu but still easily accessible if you want to visit these areas. It’s close to the areas of Uluwatu for cool restaurants, shopping or beaches as well as 5 minute walking distance to Jimbaran beach and seafood restaurants.
The villa had ensuite’s for each room, which offers privacy and a wonderful open living / dining area and the pool is huge(!!). This open design offers guests a great space for swimming, chilling and eating together. The rooms were very clean and each day we observed the in-house team continuously clean and maintain the property.
The team were just amazing! They honestly bent over backwards to accommodate our everyday requests including food shopping, to arrangements for tours or transport and even babysitting! 🙌🏼
All in all we had the most amazing time and will definitely be returning to Villa Cassamia 😊🙏🏼

Fantastic stay at Cassamia! The staff were so lovely and helpful. Perfectly located walking distance to beach and restaurants. Pool was heaven! Shallow end for toddlers and nice deep cool end for adults. We will be back!!!

A wonderful family holiday at CassaMia Bali, a short walk from Jimbaran beac
We had a lovely family holiday at villa Cassa Mia Bali, based in a residential suburb just a block away from Jimbaran beach. We certainly got to experience the sights and sounds of residential living in Bali.
Manik and her team were incredible hosts and nothing was too much for them The daily breakfasts were lovely and well presented. We requested them to prepare a meat bbq one of the evenings and it was delicious! Manik also booked a few local restaurants for us for dinner, which were super and we enjoyed them all.
The villa itself was well appointed and a very good size for a family. We especially enjoyed lounging at the large pool.
I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday and thank you to the amazing hosts who made it extra special for us.

Excellent Villa
Everything was as advertised.
Big pool
Lovely staff.
Found some great coffee cafe a short walk away.
Very good local restaurants also short walk away.
Villa in nice location.
Only disappointing thing was Jimbaran beach itself was pretty and a big wide beach and lots of restaurants but the actual water and beach area a lot rubbish and plastic pollution .
We had a day trip to the south coast to Sundays Beach club and that was very clean and beautiful , better for swimming

Exceptional property with wonderful staff
We arrived after long journey to be rejuvenated instantly by the beauty of CassaMia. It is a stunning property offering all that you’d want in a villa. It comfortably slept two families, and the communal spaces were beautifully thought out with living, eating, chilling spaces, then on top there was a cinema room and the most stunning pool. Best of all you had all of this and we’re only a 5 min walk to the beautiful Jimbaran Bay, the beach is spectacular. Wonderful fish restaurants, warm sea, great beginner surfing, and beautiful surrounding. For us CassaMia set off our holiday and the wonderful staff, with their smiling, can do attitude, fantastic chefs, completed the most perfect stay. We are missing you all!

Great stay
+ Great safe base for families with restaurants, beach and amenities within walking distance. 30 /40 min taxi ride to a number of beaches.
+ Amazing staff. Very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much. Kept the place spotlessly clean.
- next to pre school so noise from 8 a.m. not a problem if you have young children though. Singles or child free people just bring some earplugs

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, found our staff to be good and found our location convenient for your sightseeing. We’re especially pleased that you enjoy the cleanliness of our villa.
We understand that location is an important factor when choosing a vacation rental. While this may not be ideal for everyone, better to have kids noise than traffic and nightlife noise.
The noise is only short lived from 8 am - 10 am, only when they have special occasion and not everyday.
We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the pre-school is basicaly located next to the villa entrace lane not next to the villa building. We do explain this to guest and also now we have provided earplugs if needed.

Amazing stay at Villa Cassamia Jimbaran Bay
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cassamia in May 2023 and we had an absolutely amazing time. This property is perfect to share with one or two families or to have all to yourself as it boasts no less than 5 ensuited rooms and has a large indoor and outdoor seating/dining area. It is situated in a very private and secure enclosure just 5 minutes walk from Jimbaran Bay Beach but you will find it hard to drag yourself away from the beautiful pool at the Villa.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attended to our every need. We arranged in-house dining with a chef one night which was fantastic though there are no shortage of amazing restaurants nearby.
The Villa is equipped with many sporting items and in house services such as massage, nails etc are easily arranged by the excellent property manager.
I would highly recommend this villa as a destination fir your Balinese holiday.
We will definite be returning here!

Most amazing Villa

CassaMia is a villa in Jimbaran Bay Bali. Situated less than 100 meters from the seaside enclave known as Jimbaran Bay, where Bali´s famous fresh seafood restaurants can be found. This beach is popular among families as the ocean is calmer here given its protection within the bay. We are nestled between the 5-star Four Seasons and Le Meridien Jimbaran hotels. It generally takes only 10-15 minutes to arrive at Villa CassaMia from Bali´s Ngurai Rai International Airport.

The team at CassaMia will have a wealth of information about places of interest and can help arrange transport and make any bookings required. Do also ask the staff about the area. Many live nearby and can give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of local Bali life.
