It was lovely to have stayed in this apartment from 13/02 to 03/03.
The owner Mrs Yogita is super fantastic.
Very friendly, helpful and supportive.
Also the housekeeper Kamala is very efficient, friendly and does good job.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes to have quiet holidays.
If I return to Goa, for sure this will be my preferable place to stay

Basic but good
The apartment was laid out nice and basic like any other rental accommodation. Bedroom Spacious, One wardrobe, One set drawers, Double bed. Kitchen Large,
Basic utensils, Fridge, Washer, Kettle,Toaster, Microwave, Two rings to cook.
Living/Dining Large, Table and chairs, Settee,Television.
We had a lady come in once a week to change towels and sheets and clean.(our choice). The gardens are kept tidy and there is two swimming pools. There is a good walk to the beach and the main road.

very spacious accommodation good location.
Apartment a short walk to the main road.few shops on doorstep for basic needs.loads of space on two balcony's and inside .
nice pool for quick swim but nowhere to sunbathe.owner always in contact with any queries. Good bar Ryanz two minutes down road to eat in or takeaway .
