Villa looked like the pictures.. But was tired and well used.. We cut ourselves from washing their drinking glasses and glass on the tables tops had chips in them so u would cut ur hand by wiping them. Housecleaning was a joke. . They washed the dishes and made the beds with the same dirty bed sheets.. And no clean towels.. Only after numerous complaints did they come and clean properly.. Showers were blocked so water would run into bedroom after a long shower.. Truthfully.. Find another villa company that will take u seriously as a customer..

We stayed at the Carlton Villas in October 2014. I was a little nervous before I arrived, as the reviews on Booking.com are a real mix. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised and actually looked pretty much like the pictures. It is a big villa, very spacious, well designed and laid out, with nice furnishings. It’s in a quiet area which suited us well as we just wanted to relax and spend time in the very nice, surprisingly big private pool. They had a young guy to come and clean the pool every morning. The security on the gate (it is a small compound with maybe six villas) were very helpful and they would order food to be delivered or were happy to take you to the small supermarket on the golf cart. All of these things made the stay a little nicer. There is a Carrefour a short taxi ride away where you can get all of the food for your stay (ask security and they will call a taxi for you). The property did need some maintenance in places, and there is a need for greater pest control. I think they could provide some housekeeping for longer stays, and better cutlery etc in the kitchen. Overall a really nice break, a great place to stay.

We stayed at Carlton Villa for a week from 22 to 29 august 2014. the property is exactly how it is advertised. it is located in Hadhabat oum Sayd, pretty quite place 10 mns and you are at Naama Bay for who are looking for the night life. a taxi ride to Naama bay is about 25 LE. to Hollywood the most exciting fun in sharm is 40 LE. we loved the welcome we received. the property is huge, the place needed small maintenance but the management was there whenever we need a fix to the facility. the free available Wi-fi is a big plus in sharm. the management specifically Reda was prompt to answer any concern we had. thank you Mr Reda for the service you have provide gladly. We will be back

We chose Carlton Villa during the Easter break as we sought privacy and serenity, away from people and noise. The place was just like what we wanted. The villa is large and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were punctual in sorting the pool daily. The view and clean air were nice.
