We provide fully furnished, high quality apartments with 1 bedroom and a kitchen-living room area of 64 sq. m. Living room/ Kitchen/ 1 Bedroom/ Bathroom/ Balcony. Private Parking at the hotel/ large courtyard with pool and entertainment. Available the whole apartment. Bed linen, towels in the room.

Truffa!!!
Siamo arrivati con il taxi ma in realtà il responsabile Oscar aveva dato le indicazioni al tassista per un'altra destinazione, ci volevano far alloggiare in un'altra zona di hurghada, lontani dal mare e in un appartamento di altre persone.
Innervositi insistiamo di andare al Florenza dove avevamo prenotato per le foto viste e il costo, ci dicono che ci sono problemi per l'alloggio, insistiamo nervosamente e ci portano finalmente e ci danno le chiavi di un appartamento sporco, in disordine e mal messo!!! a fine vacanza ci accorgiamo che non eravamo al Florenza ma al Diamond Arabia, una struttura in decadenza! A casa mia si chiama truffa!!!
PS. Abbiamo perso una giornata per rendere l'appartamento abitabile, Dopo aver trovato un preservativo sotto il materasso!!!
Vergognatevi!!!

Guests staying in the apartments are cleaned by themselves. You just have to throw out your trash.

Cosey apartment
Apartment is comfortable cosey and clean. Has everything you need for basic cooking plus large fridge freezer and washer. TV and satellite plus 2 Aircon units and 2 balconies.Oscar the manager was very helpful and always available of needed plus he can also arrange tours for you. Florenza Khamsin is a great place very clean staff and security lovely and always helpful .Arabia area is safe and you can walk around easily and has easy access to all of hurghada's main areas Enjoyed my stay very much Thankyou :)

Hurghada City is divided into four main areas: Downtown (El Dahar) is the old part, Sekalla is the modern area, and the El Cornish Road is the most recently developed, along with the upmarket Arabia area which is directly on the sea where Florenza Khamsin Beach Resort and 5* Hotel is located.
The Red Sea Riviera has two seasons: a hot summer which runs from May to October, followed by a mild winter for the remaining months, making the area a highly desirable year-round location. With an average daily top temperature hovering round 30 degrees Celsius it also provides an escape from the cold for Europeans in the winter months, with many spending their Christmas and New Year holidays in Hurghada.
