Villa 7 has everything you could want - a home from home but in the beautiful sunshine but always with a cooling breeze ensuring no humid conditions. Please note that additional cleaning practices have now been adopted at the villa in light of the current global issues with Covid 19. The entire property is fully disinfected after each rental. Special attention is paid to all touch points and hard surfaces. If you require any additional cleaning or laundry during your stay, this can be arranged locally via the property Manager for an additional fee.

Second Stay
This was our second stay and like last time it was perfect. Location is quiet and very private with its own garden and pool. Daily pool cleaning and gardening people are working in the morning and maintain the outdoor space beautifully. Both restaurant areas Old town and Marina are in walking distance. The only downside was leaving this lovely villa to our next destination in New Cairo! Thanks again Emma and Yonan for some great vacation days in El Gouna. Look forward to returning in November 2023.

We love the place
Very comfortable villa furnished and equiped with all you need. Really a private place, nice garden and large pool which allows serious swimming for hours (my wife did every day). The whole garden is surrounded by a tall green hedge which gives you the privacy. Located in a nice protected neighborhood in the middle of South Marina and Old Town, both 15 minutes walking distance. If an issue may occur simply call the property manager and the issue will be resolved swiftly. Looking forward to coming back asap - Thanks Emma!

A real home 💕
Very clean and extremely comfortable home with all you need. Pool and garden. Smart Tv and excellent internet. Walking distance 15 mins to both marina and downtown.

A dream vacation
A perfect vacation home to our 2 families .
A wonderful place very near to the marina -cinema in the center of el gouna.
The villa was very clean having all amenities with a very spacious pool.
We had a great vacation and we will definitely stay in our coming vacation there

Best Holiday Ever
Cant speak highly enough of this villa and the holiday we had there. The villa on our arrival was immaculate and very well equipped. The outside area and pool were absolutely fantastic. Very private clean and comfortable it really exceeded our expectations, we just couldnt fault anything and we were so sorry when it was time to leave. We will however be booking again soon maybe for later this year and definately for spring next year.
Congratulations to the owners who have obviously put a lot of thought and effort into providing the perfect holiday.

Another fantastic chilled holiday in this wonderful private and peaceful villa
Having stayed here before, it was our obvious choice to return to El Gouna but the villa was even better this time as owners have made some improvements since our last trip.
The villa is so private, especially the garden/pool and is not overlooked at all which is a real bonus in El Gouna. Pool can be heated but we didnt need it. Great wifi in villa and our transfers were arranged for us.
Within easy walking distance of everything - Marina's, town, restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, golf course etc.
Cannot wait to book again and thank the team for making our stay such a pleasant one yet again.

Twixt between the main Marina’s, Downtown, beaches etc, our villa is located in a prime, quiet and peaceful location yet accessible to everything you need
Getting around
Tuck tuk’s, taxis, bus, or walk. Marina’s are 5 minutes walk away as is Downtown... nothing is far to access from this private villa.
