This place has been completely renovated & decorated, is absolutely beautiful and ready for everyone to enjoy. Fully setup kitchen, bedding and bath towels. You wont regret renting and staying at this condo! Ready for Christmas, New Years and Carnival celebrations!! Enjoy!!!
This is the best place we've stayed at in Salinas, and we visit many times a year. The condo is perfectly located on the malacon. The kitchen is designed to be used and there were snacks and treats provided! There's always a wonderful breeze coming off the ocean and the furniture is very comfortable!
The bedrooms are a very nice size and have super comfortable beds. The bathrooms are very spacious and modern with hot showers for after a swim in the ocean. We also liked that there's a garage for parking our car off the street.
We will be coming back again for sure! We loved it!

best vacation ever in salinas ecuador
had a dream vacation in this salinas apartment best location and spectacular view close to everything .it has all the comfort like at home and most of all it was clean. the administrators Linda and Suzi gave us the welcome as if we where family I'm very please with them. i recommended it's amazing

About the neighborhood
The Salinas Malecón is an extremely well known and popular beach with all water sports available for rent by the hour, half or full day (sailing, jet ski, paddle boards, paddle boats, 1 & 2 man kayak, 1/2 and full day sport fishing excursions. Also very in-expensive beach umbrella, beach chairs are available. Last, food, drinks and ice cream are all sold on the beach but buyer be aware of the quality so you do not get sick
Getting around
Transportation via taxi or excursion van is easily available locally. Shared Vans back to the airport are available 2 blocks away from Edificio Balboa towards Chipipe on the left. If you speak Spanish, please ask and you will be directed to to the Salinas Shared Van service. Please book a shared van a few days ahead of your departure. If you wish to go to Montanita or Chocolate or banana plantations, please ask Linda or Suzi my property managers and they will help you with connecting and booking transportation with a driver so you have an awesome trip or excursion

How to get there
Salinas in a 1.5 hour drive from Guayaquil via rental car and 2 hrs by shared van. The van will drop you off by the front door of the building and unload your suitcases. Edificio Balboa building is located in the middle of the Salinas Malecón on the left hand side just across from the beach. Edificio Balboa can be located via local shared van or Taxi navigation, so no worries once you let your driver know where your going.
