We are small-scale renters and we do our best to please our guests. We believe that this is one of the reasons some of our guests keep coming back for more than 20 years.
We rent two suites in our family house, on the island of Losinj, in the town of Mali Losinj. It takes just a few minutes on foot from our home to the centre of Mali Losinj, while a number of beaches, restaurants, shops, sports facilities, a gas station and a marina are less than ten minutes away by car.

Perfect located: Very short distance to favourite cove and downtown
Location is perfect for us. Zagazinjine cove which is good for snorkeling is on the doorstep. On the other hand the distance between location and Losinj downtown is very short under using stairs of a direct footpath. Apartment is fully equipped and located in a very cultivated street. Personally we enjoy breakfast on shady balcony of apartment no 1. We appreciate laundry rack on balcony which is useful to dry swimming clothes. Erika and Josip are very friendly and very pleasant hosts and so we are guests for ages.

Serdeczni Gospodarze, apartament w idealnej lokalizacji
Dom należący do Serdecznych Państwa Lulić zlokalizowany jest w pierwszej linii od morza, widok z balkonu prowadzi prosto na Adriatyk. Dwie łazienki oraz klimatyzacja w apartamencie są dużym ułatwieniem dla rodzin z dziećmi. Zejście na plażę znajduje się zaraz obok domu. W bliskiej odległości znajduje się market. Spacer do centrum miasta zajmuje około 10 minut.
To nie była moja ostatnia wizyta w tym miejscu :)

Perfektní poloha
Byli jsme tam minulý týden a vše super. Výhled z terasy přímo na moře. Kousek je obchod, do centra pěšky 10 minut.

Apartmani Lulić, Mali Lošinj
Apartman je odlično opremljen, u blizini plaže i centra grada, a okolica je vrlo mirna i tiha. Domaćini su za svaku pohvalu, vrlo simpatični i dragi ljudi. Mali Lošinj i Apartmani Lulić su pun pogodak za kvalitetan odmor :)

Amazing apartment with sea views
Very nice and clean apartment, wonderful sea views, beautiful surroundings in this location and very good and hearty homeowners. A few steps from the house is a shop. Great satisfaction. We will come again.

THERE WAS EVERYTHING EXCELENT !!!
EXCELENT apartment with super sea view
For us is the most beaufiful place in the world, second home. Very nice, clean apartment, wonderful sea views, beautiful surrounding.Very friendly and amazing homeowners. There is a shop and restaurant near the house. We have been happy to come back for 24 years. We will come again.

Skvělá dovolená na úžasném místě s výhledem na moře
Apartmán je na úžasném místě kousíček od moře, přímo ze zahrady se dostanete na pláž. Podél pláže je stezka vhodná pro běhávní nebo procházky. Kousíček od apartmánu je obchod, kavárna, restaurace. V centru města jste za 15 minut.
Hostitelé Erika a Josip jsou velmi milí lidé, velmi ochotní, poradí a vyjdou vstříc.
Apartmán je čistý a skvěle vybavený, nechybí nic.
Byli jsme velmi spokojení a plánujeme se vrátit příští rok :-)
Určitě velmi doporučujeme.
