AWESOME STAY
my stay here for my birthday was super special. the house was very comfortable for all my friends and i.. and Irena was really good to work with and answered all my questions. the house was so beautiful, all my friends were very amazed by it, and it was really close to everything, 5 min. cab ride to Harrah's! definitely will stay here again :)

Nice House, but Misleading
My father always wanted to travel to AC so we decided to take our first family trip. Travel time was great. Actually a little too great, made trip in 13 hours...arrived around 8 am. Parents were a little weary (both over 75), so I contacted Irina. If the house was not occupied, my Mother wanted to inquire if we could go ahead and do an early check in. Apparently not and we were willing to pay. So we all had breakfast and my sister and I decided to get groceries while others stayed outside the home. A couple of hours later, my Mom asked me to contact Irina again. Still No. Quick overview.
1. The neighbors were extremely helpful and contacted Boris. He gave the lock box info and we were able to get in after 2 pm.
2. External: Upon our Friday morning arrival, we were quite disappointed for the amount we paid for our stay. The lawn needed cutting badly. Was informed it'd be cut Sunday, but we had planned activities for children in yard. The lawn was cut later that evening. The patio umbrella is dangerous and needs replacing. Two of the grandchildren were almost injured by the broken pieces that extended from the table.
3. Check in was disturbing, we knew nothing outside of the contract. No walk through, no Wifi info, etc.
4. Internet: 3 televisions, but only 1 had cable and properly worked for 13 people (8 adults, 5 children). DVD player was broke in the 1st floor bdrm & upstairs tv was unplugged and did not work.
5. Kitchen: No mop. Emptied kitchen trash at least 5 times a day because it was a small wire basket. Unbeknownst to them dishwasher was broke and full of dirty dishes. Refrigerator freezer faculty.
6. Full baths are upstairs, not good for people with disabilities or older individuals.
Overall, the house is lovely and not only was Irina patient, but we tried to be patient as well. We are appreciative of Gill who cut the lawn, tried to repair the dishwater, and changed the sheets. If you plan on painting the town, this is a great place to stay. If you plan on spending time with loved ones, be patient with the owners and the house.

Great house for friends reunion
This is a well-cared-for, spacious house in a neighborhood that is close to the ocean, where we spent five days. We had 8 people (friends & family) and all enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet, we actually didn't see anyone else though we heard some cars. Lots of space in the backyard where we would like to spend our next getting together ( in the summer). Great for families. Irina is easy to contact. She clearly cares about her home and takes care that everything is in working order. We would happily return, and probably will. It is a great value.

Great House
The house is very spacious and was very clean. The owner was very helpful and did not hesitate to respond to my calls and texts. The house is in a good location very close to the major casinos. Would definitely love to come back!

Fun casual vacation home.
Nice place for kids to run and play. No frills, but basically clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is modern yet quaint and quiet. Playground across street is a peaceful place for sunrise or sunset walks ,overlooking water.

Perfect vacation house close to all fun activities
This place was perfect for our large group of adults and kids. Very spacious and good sleeping arrangements. Lots of room on the driveway for multiple cars. We made good use of the porch enjoying tea and coffee in the morning and evening. Walking to beach and gardiner basin made it very easy for us. Would definitely rent this place next time we visit.

Impressive House -- Feels Big
A few friends and I rented this house for Labor Day weekend. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience. Though the house is not incredibly large, there were more than enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone, and we were able to have a great time without feeling cramped. The kitchen is large and functional if you want to cook. The location is also great--within walking distance of a nice diner and the beach. There were a few times when I had trouble getting in touch with the owner, but overall it was a great experience and I would be happy to come back.

Oceanfront home
Beautiful and confortable home. Neighborhood was nice and quite. A really good place when you want to just escape the noisy city. The house itself felt very cozy and welcoming. We felt at home and its located so close to everything. Great place to stay at.
