THE HOME = PERFECT: Enjoy a Barbeque with family and friends in the beautiful back yard patio area! We supply a large propane BBQ and the propane is included in the rental! Grilling in the back yard with the sounds and smell of the ocean is an extremely popular activity at The Lucky Beach House. We spare no expense in ensuring the home is always in excellent condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We are constantly updating the property for guest enjoyment (our top priority!) from our fun beach themed decorations to a gigantic 70-Inch “SMART” HDTV (with free HD HBO and 500 channels) in the living room. Bed linens and towels are supplied along with a fully furnished kitchen! The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, an island, and high end appliances for all your cooking needs. Enjoy incredible views from the unique 3rd floor loft or from one your two private decks (see our pictures that illustrate better than words!). As mentioned the living room has a great 70-Inch Smart HDTV, in addition each bedroom is also equipped with large “Smart TVs” each connected to the internet for streaming of your favorite movies or shows from Netflix, HULU, and other popular streaming services. Of course our high speed Wifi connection is available and FREE! The bed rooms are also beautifully appointed with large beds, very comfortable mattress & pillows with plenty of dresser and closet storage. The Lucky Beach House sleeps 16. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 3rd bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a Full Size mattress and a Twin on top (sleeps 3), the 3rd floor Loft has 2 Full Size Sleepers (sleeps 2 adults or 4 children), the Greet Room has a Double Day Bed with an 1 XL Twin and 1 Twin (sleeps 2). Interaction with guests: Check-in is very easy, for your convenience we have keypad door locks installed at the Lucky Beach House no keys to worry about picking up! The day of your check-in you can show up at your convenience any time after 4pm, there is no need to meet someone to let you in. All you need to do when you arrive is to enter the code given to you by the owner and you're in! This code is unique and temporary just for your stay. Once you arrive just plug-in the code and the door will automatically unlock, please allow 4 seconds for the door to fully unlock. To lock the door when leaving press the lock button on the keypad and the door will lock.
The location of the house is perfect, just steps from the beach and the world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. The house comes exactly as the pictures indicate. This is our THIRD time renting this home for our Atlantic City trips. It is perfect for any occasion, beach trip, casinos, or just a great place to relax! The communication with the owner and his team is top notch! This is the only place to stay when headed to Atlantic City!

Perfect for family and friends.
The Lucky Beach House was awesome. Clean,spacious and well stocked with kitchen items. There is a "smaller" beach just a minute way that was great for little children. The board walk starts right there so we rented bikes and rode over to the arcades, casino's and such. The view of the bay was a nice touch. Our family had a really nice and relaxing vacation and we would rent this house out again in the future.

A sure winner in Atlantic City!!
The house is located one short block from the boardwalk and beach. The views are truly stunning! The owner was a delight to work with, extremely helpful and friendly and he made you feel instantly welcome and at home. The pet-friendly house was beautifully decorated and had an open area directly across the street for the dogs to run, play, and do their thing. A short walk away was historic Gardener's Basin, housing the aquarium and two great restaurants. Of course, we tried them both. We couldn't have asked for a better house, a better host, or a better location. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

GREAT PLACE TO VACATION/VERY CLEAN/COMFORTABLE
Hi Steve,
We had a wonderful wedding and time with all of our families, new and old. The house was great and the best idea for all of us. The house was very clean when we arrived and we did our best to leave it that way. I did leave 8 lanterns that I put in the cabinet nx to the stove. I forgot them, so maybe someone can put them to use. I would not hesitate to rent from you again. This transaction was very smooth. I would give you a 5++ with out a doubt. I may consider renting the Corner house next year for my son and new daughter in law for an anniversary gift. Just something I thought about. Oh and that house just blew everyone away. We did not hesitate to walk our friends and family thru both houses. And because the weather was not the greatest we had the Rehearsal dinner catered at 102 Caspian and the after wedding party at 416 Maine. Thanks again Steve. Take care and God bless!

Best family or group rental in AC
We just celebrated a close friend's bachelor party (group of 12) and the lucky beach house more than impressed. The downstairs was great for congregating and entertaining. The upstairs deck was a nice little hangout with a great view. There was more than enough space to fit all of us comfortably and the entire house is immaculate. Night life is a quick cab/lyft ride away and the beach is right there. I would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Place
My wife and I love staying in vacation homes to be more local and the beach house was fabulous. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, close to casinos, clean, everything worked as advertised especially the WiFi which is paramount for my business. The beds were comfortable and the owner was easy to deal with and very straight forward. Sent request for booking couple hours later booking was secured. Will definitely book again with Steve if given the opportunity.

There are three main routes into Atlantic City. The Atlantic City Expressway, Route 30 or Route 40. Stay on your route into the city until you reach Atlantic Ave. Turn left onto Atlantic Ave and drive to New Hampshire Ave located in The Inlet section of the city. Turn left onto New Hampshire Ave and drive a few blocks to Caspian Ave. Turn right onto Caspian Ave Less than one block to 102 Caspian Ave “The Lucky Beach House” is on the right!
