Of course our high speed Wifi connection is available and FREE! We cannot rent to anyone under the age of 21 or to graduation/prom parties. “Parties” are not allowed. Thank you. There is a two night minimum stay for a Mid-Week (any night between Sunday and Thursday) reservation. Guest acknowledges the presence of two (2) exterior security cameras. The cameras are located in the front and back of the property. Please keep noise levels low at all times, complaints of noise will result in loss of the entire security deposit. Thank you.

Interaction with guests: Check-in is very easy, for your convenience we have keypad door locks installed at Top End Townhome no keys to worry about picking up! The day of your check-in you can show up at your convenience any time after 4pm, there is no need to meet someone to let you in. All you need to do when you arrive is to enter the code given to you by the owner and you're in! This code is unique and temporary just for your stay. Once you arrive just plug-in the code and the door will automatically unlock, please allow 4 seconds for the door to fully unlock. To lock the door when leaving press the lock button on the keypad and the door will lock.

My daughters 12 birthday

Steve Was absolutely amazing And his team. TheTopEndTownhome was a great choice. We rented for my daughter‘s 12th birthday when we arrived to the home it felt as if we never left home it was clean fresh & the view was to die for. My second night there I was a little concerned because A bachelor group had just arrived with that being said after seeing their arrival I had forgotten all about them ...The neighbors were so respectful of the noise I had forgotten all about them till the day they left when I saw them departure. Steve provided me with three contacts including his if I were to need anything I called his manager to see if she could recommend a restaurant nearby she answered by the first ring!! We stayed at this beautiful home for seven days each night we did something different there is so many activities on the boardwalk different beaches nearby so many casinos the best part was being able to view everything from the rooftop & The gas big grill they provide this will be my every year getaway home I recommend this home to a family, a girls vacation , men’s getaway , I even feel confident saying this would be a great getaway home for an older couple the home is perfect for anyone that is looking for a good time ,drama free, drug-free zone the only rule is to have fun and respect others as we should all know how to do that .with that being said you will have the most amazing time ..I don’t rate Steve a five ⭐️ I give him 10 diamonds 💎 I double his stars ✨!

Hassle Free Stay

Everything about our stay was amazing! We arrived at check in time to have the garage door opened for us, ready for our entry. The place was clearly professionally cleaned just before our arrival, as the place was spotless. The place is just as advertised, and was extremely close to everything Atlantic City had to offer. Would 100% stay here again.

Amazing! Definitely will book again

This property exceeded our expectations, The picture don’t do it justice. The house is so spacious and clean, more than enough room for a big group of people. No problems whatsoever! The roof and balconies are amazing, we rented right after a snow storm so we didn’t use it much but it would be so beautiful in the spring and summer! I have already recommended it for my friend who is looking to take a trip for her birthday in March!

Amazing townhome to spend the weekend!!

This place was beyond expectations. From the spacious garage, to the open concept kitchen room/living room, and the amazingggg rooftop deck we didn’t know what to do with ourselves!!! Loading and unloading the cars was a breeze thanks to the super convinient elevator. Master bedroom/bathroom was great. This whole weekend was made with such a great place to stay.

I rented the top end townhome for a bachelorette weekend and it was great! 10 minutes from the beach and casibis we wanted to go to! Spacious and accommodating for the group of nine women. This is the second bachelorette weekend in three years that we booked at topend townhomes and will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful and Cozy

The home was beautiful and just as described! The management was amazing and really helpful. We had a great time. It was convinent to all the best shopping and the Boardwalk. We would definitely return and absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Atlantic City.

Parking is 100% free! The Top End Townhome has a large 2 car garage, there is a small parking area in back, and plenty of free parking on the street, parking is rarely a concern! There are several transportation companies and options in the area, we have no direct partnership with them but have had no issues with guests using them. Taxis are very easy to hail and affordable, there is the inexpensive Jitney shuttle that runs locally 24/7, and rideshare services like Uber/Lyft are easily available. Additionally please see below for general driving directions: There are three main routes into Atlantic City. The Atlantic City Expressway, Route 30 or Route 40. Stay on your route into the city until you reach Atlantic Ave. Turn left and Stay on Atlantic Ave to New Jersey Ave. Turn left onto New Jersey Ave. Stay on New Jersey Ave into a section known as Bungalow Park (about 8 blocks). From New Jersey Ave go to Caspian Ave and turn right. Caspian Ave ends at Massachusetts Ave look to your left and you are at your destination 50x N Massachusetts Ave the “Top End Townhomes!”.
