Exquisite apartment, ideal to enjoy fireworks at the end of the year. Marvelous view of the ocean and the Sausalito lagoon. One of the beauties of Viña del Mar. It is cozy, warm and bright. It is located in a residential neighborhood of very good level, pleasant, quiet and safe. On the same floor where the apartment is located, you can access the wonderful pool, which has a lower part ideal for children and a terrace with a view of Viña del Mar simply spectacular. This pool space has showers and toilets. The bedroom has a large closet. Living room with sofa bed and desk in case the trip joins business and vacations. Cable TV and Wifi. Terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the great view with the aperitif. Built-in kitchen, very well distributed and equipped. The building completely seismic, very nice spacious and well-equipped with computer room with Wifi on the 2nd floor, gym, meeting room, laundry with washing machines and dryers that work with coins half a floor above the apartment. Attentive concierge 24 hours and surveillance cameras to the street and on each floor. We are very close to the Golf Club Granadilla; this summer full of national and international tournaments; of the Sporting, the equestrian and and its events. The beach and the Quinta Vergara in case the panorama includes our Festival. The department does not have parking, but the neighborhood is very quiet and there are many residents who park in front of the building or in the nearby streets without any problem. It is very close to supermarket, restaurants and food delivery places. There is even a lovely restaurant with a good atmosphere in front of the building. It is also close to the Fonck Archaeological Museum, children's park with games and the Palacio Rioja cultural center. Mall, cinema and shops. This is the ideal apartment to have a nice vacation in Viña and never get bored
