Amazing 650 square meter new penthouse penthouse whit private pool in the Heart of Jumeirah Beach Resident , 2 amazing terraces of 330 square meter!!!! One large infinity swimming pool in the terrace, amazing view and in the best position of Jumeirah beach. Jbr - Jumeirah Beach Resident, is the best touristic area of Dubai and of all U.A.E but i think of all middle west! Is the Miami of the Middle East, and this penthouse is really only the one has this position! WE CAN GUEST UP 18-20 PEOPLE! But 14-16 is more confortable There are 5 bedrooms ensuite + one double bedroom of 700 sqft, we opened the 2 bedrooms in one big Family bedroom with 2 superking beds 210x 180 and 2 french sofa beds 130x200 - that only inn this big room The Family room (2 bedrooms in origin) is the only one has bath ...

Best place for Family in Dubai Area.

Dubai Marina and the area around the Bay is perfect for Families. Renting this apartment is just what you need to accompany you both in business and recreational purposes. A perfect stay, and host.

Perfect!

I booked this apartment for my 50th birthday and our party included guests aged from 18 to 74 so we needed space for everyone, clean and comfortable beds and a kitchen so people could get something to eat if they needed too. We got all this and so much more. There was a pool, lots of sun-beds, huge sofas, a huge fridge, a lovely maid, Mrs Hla who showed us where everything was and took all the rubbish out etc. Rosaria and Alessandro were in easy reach via watts-app and even booked us s boat trip that really was the icing on the cake. The younger guests thought they were in paradise and the older guests felt truly spoilt! We had caterers come in with a huge buffet on one day and there were plenty of tables and chairs to eat this.There were cabs nearby and shops to get water and food.It was also right by the beach however with the pool and terraces, we didn't feel the need to even go there! Everyone was together but could also have time alone if they needed it with so much space available. It really was the perfect place to celebrate my big birthday and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A fantastic unexpected upgrade

The penthouse is fabulous with its fantastic view of JBR beach and Dubai Marina. We spent a lot of time in the evening on the terrace in the pool watching the sunset - what a dream!! You could even have use of a maid who could be hospitably or as private as you like. The place is much better than pictures. It was a pleasure to meet the owner - Alessandro, he even organised transport for us to and from the airport. Thank you for everything - we have no hesitation in recommending this stunning penthouse - enjoy!!

Best Location, top Service and extremely spacious

A lot to say about this amazing penthouse so I basically broke it down to categories: Location: In the heart of JBR close to Marina and everything you may need. Dining, Shopping (malls), ATM, Hookah lounges and night life are within walking distance. View: Photos don't give it justice. It's far better than what you see in the photos. Arguably the best in JBR. Cleanness: 24/7 service if you need anything. Extremely clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Space: Very spacious, pretty much each room comes with a full bath. Bathroom designs are awesome and shower heads are HUGE! Big living room area with couches and a huge TV. Big dining table and a full kitchen. Kitchen has everything you need: coffee makers, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, oven, blender and more. Sound system is great, HUGE speakers. AC can be controlled in each room separately. HUGE family room with its own bar and spacious terrace. Pool: your own private pool on the terrace. Very clean with lights and the service team comes to clean the pool once every three days. Beach chairs and towels are included as well. The actual penthouse is just like photos and I actually thought its even better. The best thing was that Alessandro and Rosario (Leasing agents) are available at any time for anything you may need. Response time is less than an hour and very efficient to resolve any issue you may have. Extremely friendly and professional. I definitely highly recommend it. I know i'll be back soon. Cheers.

Best Penthouse in JBR!

Very clean and location is good, close to jbr beach, shops, and marina mall. Its in the center of jbr.

Perfect place for your family and friends to relax

Alex was great host. The property was exactly as we expected, and was just what we needed. The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained we enjoyed so much. Gourgeous view from the terrace!! Beds were very comfortable and AC works good. The location is great for seeing Dubai

The ultimate vacation location

We've just returned from a fantastic family vacation in Alessandro's Dubai home. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Firstly, we're very happy that we booked the housekeeper services. Mrs. La was fantastic, always making sure we had a great breakfast and the house was always in perfect, spotless condition. It truly felt like we were staying at a hotel. The view from the terrace is more incredible than the pictures. You have a perfect view of JBR and the marina. We loved having our meals outside and being able to enjoy the pool. The bedrooms are located away from the living and outdoor space so our children slept perfectly while we enjoyed everything this property had to offer. We can't say enough great things about this place. We're about the book again for next year! Thank you Alessandro and Mrs. La!

Location was ideal

The place is as per the photo which is cleaned and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The best thing about this place is the location of the penthouse, every thing you need is within walking distance, the beach, shopping, cafes and restaurants or even movie theatre. Even then Dubai Marina is just 10min walk and from the balcony you can see people doing flying fox across the marina. We are family of 6: 3 teenage girls and 1 boy were so happy to rent this place, every one has their own space throughout out 10 days stay in Dubai. We wish it could be longer!

This is the e-mail we will send to you after your booking, that can give you an idea about this property We share that with you, It will explain a lot of our property and service! --------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Guest, I want to assure you you’ve got a really amazing property! It is in Jbr (I do not know if you know what I'm talking about) Jumeirah Beach Resident, is the best touristic area of Dubai and of the United Arab Emirates but in my opinion of all the Middle East ! Is the Miami of the Middle East, ant this penthouse is really the only one to have this position! In the Heart of the Beach Walk, just above the Beach Mall and just in front the new Dubai Eye and new Ferris Wheel (the largest of the earth). You are in the best position, from the terrace 1 (private pool side) you can jump down to the beach! I dint suggest to do it...;) take the elevator please, you will arrive in 20 seconds from floor 33 to floor P (Plaza Level) and you will find by walk many facilities such as restaurants, coffee shops, banks, pharmacy, Gym, pools, children’s play areas etc... Instead to exit from PL floor you can also exit from G floor (parking area) , walks 20 steps and you will be on the beach walk!!! UAE MIAMI ! Hundreds of restaurant, coffees, beach sports, shops, and thousands of tourists watching on the most beautiful penthouse of UAE!!! When you will be there you will seem to be in a true paradise!!! Dubai is amazing, you can’t avoid going out on the beach, malls, safari cruise as well as marvellous restaurants (I will give you free access to my THE ENTERTAINER APP real deal) but you will not be very happy to leave the house and enjoy the two wonderful terraces (two not one!!!). You can have great privacy or stay all together. You can have a special breakfast in the morning, you can have a good lunch under the blue sky or a romantic dinner under the stars with an amazing view!. I will ask you a great review when come back home, and I'm sure you cant wait more than one year before returning. In JBR beach walk there are 36 towers, about 6000 apartments, 50-60 penthouse, but none is like that, you will see it on the spot. We put this penthouse on line 15 days ago and we have already received 12 bookings. Those was promotional rate, you’ve got one of these, but I can assure you, when you will come back I’ll treat you as one of my first clients and I’ll be able to offer you special rates!
