Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto von der Fähre am Apartment; von dort geht man 5 Min zu einem großen Supermarkt und ca. 10-15 Min in die Altstadt. Wir kamen - wie angekündigt - erst gegen Mitternacht von der Fähre und wurden sehr schnell abgefertigt, mussten aber sofort noch bar bezahlen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Deutsches Fernsehen gibt es aber nicht. Allerdings war der Safe nicht funktionsfähig und wurde trotz unserer Bitte während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht geöffnet/repariert. Das Apartment ist eine konvertierte Garage im Hinterhof eines Wohngebäudes in einer nicht besonders schönen Gegend; im Garten kann man gut und sicher parken. Am Gartenzaun findet sich kein Hinweis auf das Apartment.

We spent a wonderful week in Apartment Floresita. The location is more than perfect, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10-15 to the old town, supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. It has a safe private parking. The apartment is spaceious and stylish with hugh bedrooms and comfy beds, full equiped with aircondition. The private garden is priceless with sunbeds and grill facility. It even has a garden shower which is great when getting back from the beach. The owner Goran is one if the best host we have ever met. Very kind and redy to help or fulfill any requirements. If you want to spend a fantastic holiday in Zadar, do not hesitate to book Apartment Floresita!

Zadar old town is really interesting, lots of history if you like that, great bars and restaurants at reasonable prices. Visited several parts of the surrounding area, if you like outstanding scenery, Krka is brilliant, Vranska Lake and Pag island also worth a visit. Some good birdwatching if that's of any interest. The apartment was sound, and the garden in particular was a great place to unwind, a suntrap and quite except for the local birdlife! Goran was a great host, very helpful with ideas and the odd query we had.

We stayed in Zadar for 10 days. Goran was very friendly from the outset and introduced us to Zadar with a local drink which was lovely. He was very attentive and was easily contactable for anything. He arranged a trip to Kornati islands at very short notice and even took us to the boat himself. The apartment itself was lovely and has a lovely garden and terrace to relax after days out. Both bedrooms were very large and the kitchen and bathroom were good too. It is situated almost perfect if you prefer a bit of peace and quiet just outside Zadar town centre. It was only a 10 minute walk into town and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk. I would recommend this apartment to anybody going to Zadar and Goran turned out to be the perfect host in settling us in other Zadar. Stayed here for 10 days in June. Apartment was really nice. More than enough space for three of us. Everything is close by. You can do a walk to the supermarket, to the beach and into the old town at night and still not hit 10,000 steps. Beach is a 3-4 minute walk and the old town 10-15. A large supermarket round the corner is about the same distance as the beach. We regularly stay in apartments abroad and this is one of the most ideal locations that I have stayed in. There is a lovely garden with a table outside and soon to be a bbq. The apartment is well equipped inside and had everything that we needed. The host Goran was really great, arranged trips for us and checked in to see if we needed things regularly.

We just had one night in Zadar , and this was a nearly perfect place . The rain stopped after we arrived and we easily walked into and back from town . The apartment was very comfortable and the parking was convenient . Our host was very gracious and gave us a fun welcome . Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work despite Goran's help, but since it was only one night we managed without it.

One of the big positives about the property is the location .. and as they say the 3 most important aspects of a property is location , location & location ... This had it all .. really close to the beach and a few quiet restaurants & bars , close to the bus station for airport transfer, close to the old town , close to a supermarket but the apartment is set in a very quiet part of town .. this was perfect as we did not have a car . The house was spotlessly clean & had good facilities in the kitchen and everything you would need for cooking etc . The two bedrooms were both very large & comfortable and again very clean & tidy . Great A.C , WiFi & sat Tv all were available. The toilet and shower was also great and very clean & tidy .. The best though was the private garden and the outside shower - this was handy coming back from the beach . What made this stay even more pleasurable was the owner Goran - he was fantastic, very friendly & very very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here & I really hope I do again . Zadar is a lovely city and really want to see more of the area next time ,perhaps hiring a car would be a good idea. We got the ferry over to Preko( £2.50) - this was a great day out , would spend more time seeing the whole island .

This apartment is just perfect with everything you need with a private garden and parking. It’s quiet and peaceful and perfectly located near the sea and the city. Goran greeted us with a local drink and showed us around the useful places. He was very helpful in case you need anything. this is the place to stay if you want comfort, quietness and great location!

We spent quite a while deciding where to stay in Zadar and this seemed to meet all our criteria. It had to be a quiet place to sleep; Goran's place is very quiet and it's very near the bus station so you can get from the airport easily and to the various places that you must visit while is Zadar (Plitvice lakes, Nin, Pag, etc.). There's also a good supermarket very near. There's also a lovely beach just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and the old town is 15 minutes walk. The best attraction for Goran's place though is the private garden. It's part of the larger garden for the rest of the building but one part has been fenced off, so when you come out of the apartment you have sole use of a sheltered patio or the grassy area. Just great for relaxing in at the end of a busy day, and for breakfast listening to the blackbirds.

During the first 2 days couple of issues were sorted promptly by Goran the owner who took it all in his stride. While this place is well worn round the edges and lakes in decor the security Quietness locational are excellent and of course Goran is a wonderful host and only ever a phone call away even to give advice on Zadar, as he lived there all his life he very knowledgeable of it. so if you ever decide to visit this Beautiful city as it is indeed worth a visit, so instead of giving your money to some faceless big national hotels support the local Gorans of this world just a nice regular guy.
