Villa Niko is situated in Zadar, one of the most beautiful Croatian cities with rich history. It consists of 2 independent apartments, on the ground floor and 1st floor. The house is 2.8 km from the center of the old town. It is rented as a whole property, suitable for larger groups of guests up to 12 people. In the yard there is a traditional stone Dalmatian tavern with a fireplace and a family table. In front of the house there is a garden with fruit and olive trees. Within the property there is a private pool of 32 m2, a children's playground (swing, goal, basket) and private parking.
