Also you will enjoy of a big barbecue in a nice yard.
Quiet place with beautiful beaches. It is a good choice for families with children,ideal for adults looking for lither relaxation or activity based holiday, a group of friends and couples.
In the radius of 30-300 meters,you will find everything that you may need during your vacation,including restaurants,post office,foreign exchange office,bank,pharmacy,stores,tennis courts,sailing,surfing and diving, and yacht club Vitrenjak.

Neighbouring
Situated across the bay from old town, it is a lovely 20 min. walk along the harbour front where you can see the boats and pass by some nice cafes and bars and the beach is only 5 min. away or 5 minutes stroll to the extremely cheap bus which takes you directly to old town.
The area is quiet and residential – very comfortable and pretty, calm and felt safe to walk around at night. When you go to visit Old Town by walk you can also use the small rowboat to across from one side to another side of Zadar's harbour (short distance-some minutes by rowboat).What gondoliers mean to Venice,barkajoli mean to Zadar.It is very long tradition,for over 800 years they have been connecting two ends of Zadar.
There are shops and several restaurants within walking distance well priced, some serving delicious food and wine. I would recommend hiring bikes as there are lots of lovely places to visit within easy cycling distance.
Zadar is a city rich in spiritual and material culture,as well as in a tourist identity.Zadar is also a unique treasury of ancient,medieval and Renaissance archaeology and architecture.
The excellent location of the apartment allows you to reach by foot the most famous historical sites in Zadar like: THE SEA ORGAN-something absolutely unique-the world's first pipe organ that's played by the sea,Greeting to the sun, Five wells square,The captain's tower, City Forum (The Roman forum-the largest on this side of the Adriatic), City Gates,City Lodge,City Sentinel,City Walls,St Donatus church,City market,Theatres,Museums (National Museum Zadar,The Museum of Ancient Glass,Archeological Museum),Galleries,Religious collection etc.

La casa era pulitissima e il proprietario è stato gentilissimo sia per spiegarci la zona, sia per organizzare l'escursione, sia perche ci ha offerto due bottiglie di vino di sua produzione e una bottiglia di maraschino alla fine della vacanza. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare anche se le posate sono contate. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Nota a favore anche la tv moderna, il wifi gratuito, l aria condizionata, la presenza di 2 terrazzini, dello stendino, della vasca e della doccia spaziosa e perfettamente funzionante, dei materassini per le spiagge di sassi, dei dispositivi antizanzare e degli asciugamani (anche se non li abbiamo utilizzati). Abbiamo utilizzato anche il divano letto in salotto per guardare un film belli comodi dopo cena. La zona è tranquilla e vicina al mare tuttavia per vedere bei posti secondo me si rende necessario l'utilizzo della macchina. Abbiamo visitato diverse spiagge, tutte meravigliose e tutte ben raggiungibili in auto. Abbiamo inoltre visitato i laghi di plivitce, raggiungibili in 1 ora e mezzo di auto. Infine la casa rimane comoda per andare a visitare la zona del centro in quanto a circa 25 minuti a piedi e soli 5 minuti in auto.
Unica nota negativa, i fornelli sono molto poco potenti.

Great host (Sjajan domaćin)
Nikica Miodrag is a great host - he is very kind and ready to help and to give advise. The apartment is clean and spacious. (Nikica Miodrag je sjajan domaćin - on je ljubazan i spreman da pomogne i da savet. Apartman je čist i prostran.

Nice and hospitable
Nice and clean apartment. You can walk to the beach in 10 min or take the bus very easily. Nice restaurants nearby. The man that hosted us was very hospitable, picked us up at the airport and showed us the old town in Zadar by car. You can easily take the bus to the old town or walk there in 20 minutes.

Idéal pour découvrir Zadar et sa région.
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement qui est très bien situé.
Proche de plusieurs plages et suffisamment proche du centre de Zadar pour pouvoir y aller à pied (ne pas hésiter à emprunter la petite barque, c'est pittoresque) .
Petits commerces, restaurants et tout ce qu'il faut à proximité.
Pas de bruit de voiture, petit quartier très calme et agréable.
L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux.
Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, il nous a offert de son excellent vin maison et des clémentines du jardin, il nous a fait visiter les environs et donné de précieux conseils.
En résumé excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Bella vacanza
Ho soggiornato per 10 giorni in questo appartamento con 3 figli...molto spazioso, situato in una bella zona tranquilla. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Zara in circa 15 minuti a piedi e poi con la barchetta. La spiaggia di sassi dista circa 10 minuti e le strade maggiori per l'isola di Pag sono vicine. Noi siamo stati molto bene.

Esperienza ottima. Casa che presenta tutti i confort necessari senza fronzoli per una buona vacanza, buona posizione vicina al mare. Spazi abbastanza ampi per 4 persone, tranquillamente vivibile. Connubio qualità/prezzo decisamente accettabile. Dopo un'esperienza biennale, mi sento di consigliare tranquillamente questo appartamento a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una bella vacanza in Croazia. Infine sottolineo che il padrone di casa si presenta sempre disponibile per ogni tipo si necessità, tecnica o di carattere informativo. Fornendo ottimi ragguaglio. Un valore aggiunto.

Kanonbra centralt boende med trevlig värd
En jättefin vecka i Zadar blev det. Boendet gjorde sitt till totalupplevelsen, nära till både bad och gamla stan. Även närhet till bageri, kvartersbutik och busshållplats. Bussen användes flitigt då mina småtjejer ofta veknade efter heldagar på stränderna i närheten. Värden var mycket trevlig och kunde fixa det mesta man kan behöva på en semester. Lägenheten användes till frukost, kvällsmat och att sova i. Allt där fungerade utmärkt till de ändamålen.

Rymligt och fräscht boende, nära till det mesta
Hej
Vi är en familj på 5 med tonårsbarn. Vi uppskattade detta boende för det var rymligt och nära till det mesta. Mycket trevlig värd som hjälpte oss till och från flygplatsen för en billig penning.
Trevlig stad, gamla stan är mycket mysig. Restaurangerna som låg nära boendet var mycket bra och faktiskt åt vi den godaste maten där och inte i centrum.
Vi tog färjan till ett par närliggande öar. Detta var lyckade utflykter. Vi hittade badplats från klippor där vi var helt själva ( ön Iz). Hyrde cyklar (ön Ugljan) och hittade smala sköna vägar ,nästan utan biltrafik ,att cykla på.
Kan rekommendera Zadar som semesterort.

A nice week in Zadar
Me and my family went to Zadar in June and had a great week. The host, Nico is very friendly and service minded. He picked us up at the airport, showed us the town and arranged a fishing trip for my sons. He also had bicycles for rent so we could easily go to the beach, the old town or to places outside Zadar. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for 5 persons. I can warmly recommend to spend your holiday in Zadar!

Great Place and host, good location
We recently stayed at this apartment, with a massive terrace, well equipped kitchen and really friendly host. Niko offered us lifts whenever we wanted to go to a shopping centre. I highly recommend the place as it is well located, very clean and quiet.
We were offered some delicious grapes from the garden and had great time in Zadar, which is lively and busy, even after the season.
