We were met from the airport shuttle by the owner, Jelena, and it was an easy walk to the apartment. As other reviewers have said, there are a few steps to negotiate, but that would be the case for most rentals in Dubrovnik. The light and airy apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with a lovely private balcony. We loved sitting there with the sounds of the music school in the background. The location is perfect for exploring Dubrovnik and certainly captured the atmosphere of this historic city.

The best option to stay and to visit Dubrovnik. I highly recommend it. The apartment is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, with all services. Jelena met us at the entrance of the city late at night and accompanied us to the apartment, unbeatable and personal attention. Thanks Jelena! It’s been a pleasure to meet you, we would return without hesitation.

This apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all the essentials needed for a week in stunning Dubrovnik. It was so comfortable that it really did feel like a home from home. Being so close to the action in the old town was great but nicely tucked away in a side street so we felt really immersed in the town but with our own private space. The added bonus of the balcony was lovely to sit out and have breakfast while listening to the lovely sounds from the nearby music school. Our host, Jelena, was so welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to get the best out of our stay. We were even given some grapes from her Dad’s garden. I really could not have wished for more!

We spent 4 nights in this very well equipped, spotlessly clean and central yet quiet apartment! Jelena was a perfect hostess, easy to communicate with and very helpful with advice, luggage and meet up. We really appreciated the little touches like the provision of beach towels. The apartment does have a narrow spiral staircase to access both the apartment and upper living accommodation. Would highly recommend both the apartment and the lovely hostess!

This split-level flat is super clean and modern with lovely, colourful furnishings. There are two lovely, really comfortable double beds with lovely bedding and loads of wardrobe space. The shower is amazing with plenty of hot water for four, and it also has a well thought out and equipped kitchen and a comfy living/dining area. It also has a lovely little terrace/sun trap that four people can sit in. The lovely owner Jelena communicated with us brilliantly and came to meet us from the Pile gate (bus and taxi rank) and gave us some great tourist tips as she took us to the flat. She was very helpful and also checked up on us (mid-stay) too to see if we were ok! The flat is in a brilliant location - 2 mins from the GoT 'walk of shame' scene steps, 3 mins to the Buza bars outside the sea wall, and 5 mins from the main street, and its 100's of restaurants and bars. It can get a little noisy at night / early mornings (as you are right in the thick of it) if you sleep with the windows open. A shut window and a little air con / or some earplugs sorted that. We would love to return here. Totally recommended!

An absolutely perfect apartment .... clean, quiet and central. We had a fabulous 3 night stay here and Jelena was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to experience life in the Old Town... loved it!!

We stayed for three nights in the apartment in Dubrovnik, Jelena met us on our arrival and helped us with our luggage. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the small balcony a great feature. You have to be fit to enjoy Dubrovnik and although far from young we are and the climb up was so worth while. We had a great break and would certainly recommend the apartment and a visit to Dubrovnik and Croatia.

Jelena, who speaks very good English, met us at the bus-stop at the Pile Gate. On the way she told us things about Dubrovnik and showed us all the good restaurants. The apartment is up a little alleyway in the center of the old city near to everything. You go up some stairs and find yourselves in the 1st floor where the 2 good sized bedrooms are and a large bathroom with toilet and shower. Up another windy staircase you'll find a large kitchen with all you need. A large livingroom , with TV , sofa , table and chairs for 4, all the rooms are tastefully decorated and you can see that Jelena takes good care of everything. Good WiFi and bedrooms and livingroom have good Airco. The apartment is not recommended for people who have problems climbing stairs. But otherwise I can surely recommend Cvjetovic Apartment and the good care of Jelena.

Having just returned from a week staying in this lovely apartment I would be very happy to recommend the accommodation to anyone planning a break in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It's located a very short distance from the Stradun and Harbour, however we were never disturbed by any noise. The balcony is a great asset as is the music school below. Some evenings we felt we should be paying for the entertainment. The spiral staircase didn't cause us any problems. Jelena, once again, thank you for being such a welcoming host.
