We stayed here in October and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved the location and it was easy to get a bus to the old city of Dubrovnik or a boat to the islands. There are some steps to the apartment but do what the locals do and take it slow. Ivana the owner was amazing and gave us lots of useful tips about our visit. We took the breakfast option and she bought us a delicious feast every morning. The apartment has everything we needed and was very clean. Would recommend her apartments for a welcoming stay in Dubrovnik.

I booked the apartment from 16th to 19th October 2018, attending a conference at the University of Dubrovnik (Eduniversal 2018). The host, Ivana, is impeccably professional in every aspect and a very warm and considerate person. Everything deserves top ratings really: very fast and efficient replies to every question/request before arrival. Arrival/departure airport transfer she arranged. The apartment itself: spacious, beautiful and very functional at the same time. Huge balcony/terrace with a sea and mountains view. An exceptionally good breakfast. Clear guidance and very fast response/assistance by the host whenever needed. Perfect for both business trip visit, so efficient, and should be an ideal place for a holiday, too. I do plan to return for holiday with my wife and son one day in the future to the beautiful Ivana and once this becomes possible, I will definitely choose this Apartment as a place to stay.

Positiv: Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Palm tree Paradise. Die Wohnung ist sauber und groß. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen Frühstück nach Wunsch serviert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir erhielten kostenlos Getränke im Kühlschrank bei Anreise, zwei Bus Tickets. Sehr sehr nett. Nochmals vielen Dank. Negativ: 216 Stufen vom Hafen/Bushaltestelle bis zur Wohnung. Die tägliche Entscheidung, wann und was man zum Frühstück möchte. Für uns als Urlauber liebt gemeint. Aber anstrengend. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage hat gerade so gepasst. Gott sei Dank hatten wir einen kleinen Mietwagen.

The room and facilities are so nice, clean and the view from the room is breathtaking. You should not miss the sunset view from the balcony. How awesome! Above all, we were so moved with the host, ms.Ivana’s hospitality. She was so kind, helpful and cheerful person. We strongly recommend you here during your stay in Dubrovnik!!

My friends and I (a group of 4) stayed for 2 nights, and couldn't have loved more the experience. The apartment is located 5 minutes from a bus stop were you can pick several buses to the historic centre, or you can even have a nice 40 minute walk around the coast line to reach it. It is perfectly furnished, with an amazing sea view, but without any doubt, its best perk is the hostess Ivana. She made sure to attend us in the best way possible. Despite the hour she recieved us with a heartwarming smile, helped us park, gave us every indication and recomendation we would need, and even had some bus tickets prepared for us and homemade cupcakes to welcome us. We most surely recommend this apartment to anybody who visits Dubrovnik, and without any doubt will repeat if we pass through the city again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights after a 7 night cruise around the Croatian coast on MV Mendula, the apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and Ivana a perfect host, we were obviously not as fit as we thought we were as we struggled a bit with the 200+ steps twice a day down to the harbour and back.

First of all, Ivana is a great host! She waited for us at the apartment late at night after we arrived with our rental car at the property. Private parking was available, which is great in Dubrovnik... finding a parking place on the street is a disaster! The Location of the apartment is good, close to the harbour with restaurants, and not in the crazy busy part of the city, which I consider a good thing. The apartment looks very neat and clean and has all the amenities you expect. The host supplied a small selection of beverages and food in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. The wifi is excellent, the view is very nice. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. All in all, the experience was super, which in large part is due to the host. I definitely recommend staying here!

Das beste Appartement mit dem besten Service, was wir jemals hatten. Total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Allerdings keine gehbehinderten Personen(viele Treppen viele Stufen)

I stayed there for 3 nights. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped & organized & quite.The view from the kitchen & the terrace is amazing, even the smell of the orange blossom which reminded me of the smell back home. Ivana was awesome, she met & greeted me at the airport,gave me the necessary information, she even dropped my luggage at the ferry port. Thank you Ivana 😘😘😘😘 Transportation is accessible, you can even walk to all places of interest. It was an amazing experience, loved the apartment, loved the city everything.
