Come and enjoy our beautiful and cheap studio apartment, and in Dubrovnik.
Around 800 guests were satisfied here in the last 15 years.
Our house is located on the Peninsula Lapad in the city of Dubrovnik, specifically in the neighborhood of Babin Kuk. Within minutes walking distance our guests can enjoy swimming on two well maintained public beaches (Copacabana-approx. 600-700M, and Lapad Bay-approx. 400-500M) as well as many private swimming areas along the rocky penninsula.
Other recreational activities include clay tennis courts, miniature golf, kayak rental, parasailing, water skiing, jet ski rental, scooter rental, diving center and numerous others.
In between our home and Lapad Bay is a very nice promenade with cafes, bars, pizzerias, seafood resta...

Comme a la maison!
Proprietaires tres tres gentils,prevenants,disponibles
Le logements est a 10minutes en bus de la vieille ville avec un arret a quelques metres de l appartement.
Il est situe dans la zone balneaire,proche de nombreuses plages sympas.tous commerces a distance de marche y compris le supermarche
Dubrovnik est une ville geniale allez y!

Great experience in Dubrovnik
We spent a week in Dubrovnik, a beautiful place to stay, thanks to the apartment of Luka and his wife. They are so kind and helpful, as soon as we arrived Luka started explain everything about the old city center, the beaches to stay and all the surroundings, giving us a lot of maps and useful information. The apartment is so well positioned, at 30 meters far from the number 6 line bus, which can take you easily to the old city in Pile station. Warmly recommended!!!

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and our stay there was made more special by staying in Jele and Luka's apartment. My wife, 3 year-old son and I were very happy with the accomodations they offered. Summers in Dubrovnik are very hot, yet the apartment was very comfortable with A/C. The apartment also had a modern bathroom with a large shower. We didn't do any cooking during our stay, but a kitchenette and refrigerator are provided. Easily reachable on foot from their apartment are many kid friendly beaches and other activities for small children (parks, games, modern movie theatre, etc). A beautiful tree-lined promenade filled with restaurants and cafes is within walking distance and is the main thoroughfare to get to Lapad Beach a relaxing place to swim, which is also lined with cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores, drug stores and pharmacies as well as all other sorts of shopping are just a short walk away.While not within walking distance of Old Town Dubrovnik, a bus stop just outside our front door took us speedily there (5 minutes). Luka and Jele are wonderful hosts providing us with all the information we needed to get around as well as full of information regarding excursions to nearby islands and other fascinating adventures. I would recommend anyone visiting Dubrovnik to stay with them.

About the neighborhood

Our apartments are located on the Peninsula Lapad in the city of Dubrovnik, specifically in the neighborhood of Babin Kuk. Within minutes walking distance our guests can enjoy swimming on two well maintained public beaches (Copacabana-approx. 600M, and Lapad Bay-approx. 400M) as well as many private swimming areas along the rocky penninsula. Other recreational activities include clay tennis courts, miniature golf, kayak rental, parasailing, water skiing, jet ski rental, scooter rental, diving center and numerous others. In between our home and Lapad Bay is a very nice promenade with cafes, bars, pizzerias, seafood restaurants, dancing, internet cafe and a children's park. One can also from Lapad Bay take day trips to various islands in the vicinity of Dubrovnik. Also located in Lapad Bay is a grocery store, shopping mall, post office, banks and ATM machines all less than 150M from our apartments. It is very easy to get to the historic Old City of Dubrovnik from our apartments. A city bus stop is only 30M from our front door, and you are in the city walls within 10 minutes of getting on the bus.

How to get there
Directions<BR>1.) By car:<BR>From the direction of Zagreb, Rijeka, Split - Dubrovnik: If you are coming from the direction of Split, after crossing the Dubrovnik bridge descend into the town and follow the signs for Lapad and/or Babin Kuk hotels. At the fifth traffic light, by the Minčeta department store, turn right and drive to the traffic light in Lapad, after which you turn right. Then follow this main street. We are Iva Dulčića 27.<BR><BR>2.) By bus or ferry:<BR>From main bus station or port take bus No 7 ( not drive after 7 pm and 10 minutes!- after that time take bus No 1a, 1b or 1c to Pile and then No 6) ) for Babin kuk- Dubrava. Or from city centar (Pile - Old town ) take bus No 6 for Babin kuk-Dubrava. We are 2 bus stops before the last one. Exit after seeing RENAULT car shop from the bus ( on the right side) and little come back to house number 27.<BR>You can also take taxi to Iva Dulčića 27.<BR><BR>3.) From Dubrovnik airport:<BR>Airport is about 25 km from Dubrovnik so taxi from there to our house is usually about 45 euro. You can also take bus 'Atlas' ( about 5 euro per person) to Dubrovnik Old town- Pile, and than from Pile to our house by bus No. 6. We are 2 bus stops before the last one. Exit after seeing large RENAULT letters on car shop building from the bus ( on the right side) and little come back to house number 27.<BR>
