Apartment SEAFRONT-SEAVIEW in the house with traditional restaurant (Konoba Bonaca), overlooking the river Dubrovnik. Has one bedroom with double bed and extra bed (couch) in living room, size 33m2.
The apartment has parking place (free public parking with no charge), washing machine, LCD TV, wireless internet, modern kitchen, air-conditioned space.
Good connections with the center (bus station is 30 m distance, and it takes 10 min to the Old Town). We're located in Sustjepan, entrance to Dubrovnik, and very close to the ACI Marina (2km) also 2 km from main Bus station.
We can arrange transport if necessary with an additional cost.

Fabulous apartment on the water.
The view from the apartment is stunning, overlooking an estuary of the Adriatic and Dionic Alps. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Transport to and from attractions is literally at the door with no fuss. Our host Antun was fabulous, giving us excellent information and advice. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food at reasonable prices and owners/staff are welcoming. We highly recommend this apartment.

Vue magnifique
Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible pendant le séjour.L'appartement est idéalement situé un peu à l'écart de Dubrovnik. Nous nous sommes baignés à deux pas de l' appartement sous lequel vous trouvez un très bon restaurant.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Great place!
This is a very comfortable, casual place to stay. A bus stop conveniently right across the street to take you to Old Town and runs every 15 minutes. It's right above a restaurant so if you don't feel like venturing out and tired from the days' touring you don't have to! Has everything you need; cooking stove and kitchen supplies, washing machine, no dryer but hang your clothes on the clothesline and they are dry in a jiffy. Beautiful view from the table as you drink you coffee in the mornings watching the boats go by.
Antun, the owner, is very quick to respond to any communication via email or text. He is an excellent host, very helpful with information about local traveling, even helped me go to the post office and mail a package back to the US acting as the translator with the post office personnel.

We arevery well conected with public transportation (public Bus goes every 15-20 minutes in both directions).
