The upper terrace ( 9 m2 ) is peacful pleace to relax. Atmosphere is a major factor, boutique villa Paulina produces memorable holidays. Décor, ambience, personalised service, the attitude of our management create a genuine sense of intimacy and uniqueness. Villa Paulina nurtures the concept of interesting and functional spatial design where all interior design elements are from famous international and croatian designers (Charles&Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen, Jean Prouvé, Eileen Gray, Foruse, Konstantin Grcic, Hee Welling, Otto Blümel, Maarten Van Severen, Grupa Numen/For Use etc.). There in Villa Paulina is eclectic mix of Art Deco furniture and Mid – Century modern design collected through the years. Art Deco, very popular in 1930s celebrated modern life and emphasized luxury and sophistication and Mid – Century modern style of design of roughly the 1930s through the mid-1960s characterized especially by clean lines, organic and streamlined forms, it was the organic offspring of modernism, it was rooted in notions of functionality, elegance and simplicity. Many of furniture in Villa Paulina you can find in world well known museums of contemporary art, such as MoMA in New York. The paintings and artistic installations in the villa is work by well known artist Nikolina Šimunović. Her main inspiration to create art is a beautiful Dubrovnik and its region. In front of the villa there are private gardens, a hot tub, a swimming pool, a dining table, lounge chairs, sun chairs and sun loungers. This stunning terace overlooking the Adriatic sea, beautiful island Lokrum and historic old city will impress all romantic souls. Villa has 5 designed bedrooms with 'en suite' bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large professional kitchen ( 16 m2 ), a dinning room ( 18 m2 ) with a wine fridge ( great collection of Croatian and World wines ), bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom ( 19 m2 ),an artisticly painted living room ( 28 m2 ) and a family toilet ( 4 m2 ). The first floor has a beautiful designed master bedroom with ''en suite'' bathroom ( 38 m2 ), a salon – living/bedroom ( 30 m2 ), a dining room ( 20 m2 ) and a wordrobe area ( 15 m2 ). On this floor, especially in salon guest will experience the life in this villa for past decades, while playing piano or enjoying magnifiscent view of Old Town and Lokrum island from 1920s Bibendum armchair, experience which is absolutely beyond words. Perfection!
Everything was perfect, decor, location, amenities, service. We were group of 10 with adults and teens, it couldn’t of been better for us all. And the owner, Ivan was wonderful to work with. This villa made our trip to Dubrovnik even more unforgettable.

The views match the villa and the service .... superb !
We have just returned from a wonderful few days in Villa Paulina and a fabulous time was had by all. Ivan was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is ideally located with an easy stroll into Dubrovnik and the beach. We simply loved the fully stocked wine fridge that operated as an honesty bar. So much easier than having to carry bottles or go out and buy wine. A great kitchen and wonderful housekeeper who even does your laundry daily ! The pool whilst not large was more than adequate with the powerful jets for a workout. The views were breathtaking ! I would throughly recommend this villa

The best villa in Dubrovnik!
It was a dream vacation, from the start all was perfect.. Villa Paulina is very beautiful, actually the most beautiful property I have ever stayed. Ivan is amazing host! We are definitely coming back.

Tasty home!
We will visit Villa Paulina again, for us it could not being better vacation! The villa is big and beautiful, stuff great! We never had better view in our life!

Absolutely awesome!!!!!
We booked this villa for a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The villa is stunning, only 10 min stroll into the Old Town. Ivan is amazing host.

Book this villa!
You must book this villa immediately if it is available! Villa Paulina is much better than 5 star hotels. The pool, sauna and a hot tub are amazing! My only regret is that we did not spend more time here.
