The apartment and Nikola the apartment owner were both fantastic. Nikola asked if we wanted a pick up from the airport but we decided to take the bus in, which due to the time of day was much easier than expected. Upon arriving at the apartment, Nikola greeted us very warmly. He was welcoming, helpful and very informative, giving locations of shops, bus times and places of interest. The apartment was excellent, comfortable plus it has a balcony with a sea and sunset view. The bus to the old town takes 15 minutes and stops directly outside the apartment which is really useful if you decide to have a night out in the old town. Unfortunatly we left to stay in Sipan, but wished we stopped in that apartment. Thank you Nikola for helping us have a fantastic holiday.

Location is very nice. Would reckon this house to be a good choice for Dubrovnik. Land Lord is very, very helpful. In closing, I can safely say Dubrovnik is the most beautiful city we have ever visisted (after travelling around world for 25 years now), so please go and have some fun. And try the Croatian wine. My wife says it’s great and we were able to bring some home.

This apartment is in a fabulous location, it is close enough to the old town, but far away enough to have a little piece and quiet away from the tourism. Nikola is a marvellous host, he was attentive, helpful, kind and honest; we knew where he was should we need any help or advise, he was always willing to offer support should we need it. The apartment is wonderful with stunning views. On arrival the apartment was completely spotless, it is so well decorated and has everything you could ever wish for. Dubrovnik is a beautiful place to visit, specifically the Old Town - day and night are completely different places, and we loved visiting during both times. We would visit again and of course use Nikola's apartments as we are sure he will not let us down. I couldn't recommend Nikola enough; he is a wonderful host and you will be sure to want to return in not too long. In three simple words... Best holiday yet. Thank you Nikola, see you again soon, hopefully next time with a family of three rather than two!

The apartment is nicely furnished in bright, modern style with two bathrooms, both with power showers. The best feature is the balcony where you can sit and watch the sun setting over Lapad beach. The bus stops outside the apartment and runs every 15 minutes to the old town while the beach is a few minutes walk away. Around the corner is a supermarket and nice pizzeria. The owner is so nice and welcoming. He was waiting outside when we drove up so that we could find the apartment easily and even washed our rental car down before we left.! It was perfect for a relaxing holiday in a lovely part of Croatia.

The apartment is spacious and very clean with 2 bathrooms, downstairs and upstairs and a well-equipped kitchen for self- catering. The manager is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is great, a short walk to beaches, supermarket and eateries and short bus ride to the old town. A quiet location too.
