Location is really great since there you have all nearby (footstep) - the most popular beach Banje - East West beach club is less than 5 minutes walking, bus stations is just 3 minutes walking and in city of Dubrovnik you have everything including concerts, theatre, galleries, historical museums (city walls), post office, banks, night clubs, numerous restaurants, cafés and bars.

Hawaii on adriatic!!!
The Petra apartment is a such beautiful apartment. You walk in and everything is crystal clean, the furniture, and decor are so beautiful. You feel like you're in your own house. I wish I could stay and live there! Too bad I was only able to stay for 3 weeks. Town was walking distance and everything is just great.

Beautiful Town!!!
Hello,
I would like to share with you all that we visited Dubrovnik and stayed at Petra apartments which was amazing. The appartment is beautiful, clean and walking distance from the town. There were four of us and all i can say is an amazing service, stay and people!!! I would recommend this to everyone and we are planning to go back again next summer!!!

superbe experience
Cela fut un excellente expérience, la location de la piece était en plein milieu de la cité historique, facilitant les visites durant notre séjour. Les proprios ont été bien agréables, toujours prets a aider, et les accomodations sont tres chic et spacieux. Surtout, très recommandé, on a l`intention d`y revenir pendant notre prochaine visite à Dubrovnik.

Fantastic accomodation
Good location, clean and big room, well-equipped kitchen. The price is also quite reasonable. The owner is really helpful and nice. I had a really good time there!!

Great Location, well appointed apartment
The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect being in the middle of the old town. Usually, a location like this would mean you'd be compromising something else, but not with Apartment Petra. The apartment is perfect for 2 or more, very well appointed kitchen, very clean, washing machine etc. it's a home away from home. The owner could not be more helpful too. She really does go the extra mile to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. I really felt we got a taste of the life of a local.

Perfect location apartment!
Petra Apartment was the perfect quiet location within the Old Town for visiting Dubrovnik...one minute onto main street with shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. We were met at Pile Gate by owner Stijepo who very kindly helped us with our massive luggage! Petra is up a flight of internal stairs. Well-equipped kitchen, large sitting room/diner, roomy bedroom and lots of cupboard space and powerful shower in bathroom. Ate our last dinner at Stijep's restaurant Festival, excellent Italian food served by charming staff. Would highly recommend both Petra and Festival and look forward to a return visit.

excellent location, very friendly owner
The owner of this appartment responded very quickly to all my questions prior to booking and met us very promtly at the bus terminal. Both she and her husband were extremely helpful and the appartment was exactly as described. it couldn't have been in a better location to explore the old city.

Very nice apartment in an ideal location close to everything in old town!
We stayed in the apartments for one week
In early August and found it fitted our needs quiet comfortably. As old town is surprisingly spread out we were greeted on arrival and chaperoned to our apartment (even carrying my Gfs bags which she appreciated greatly). The location of the apartment is ideal for anyone looking to be within walking distance of everything in old town without the need to traverse up and down multiple steps as is the case for many other apartmentsin the area.
The apartment itself was quiet nice with many modern additions (some may say necessities) present. These included air con, microwave, washing machine, large fridge freezer, and for the techie minded wireless internet and digital television. The bedroom hosts a large bed with built in wardrobes for adequate storage, and there is a sofa bed also available in the living area for an additional person. The bathroom is a little small but the shower is great with a quick heating boiler giving hot water in a very reasonable time.
We had no problems with the apartment and found it perfect for our needs. All staff were extremely friendly and I would be more than happy to recommend to family and friends.

Nice stay in Dubrovnik old town center
Very nice, clean and well equiped accomodation in old town center from Dubrovnik, close to the cathedral, away from noices of bars and restaurants.

Location Location
Perfectly located, only 25 steps to a well appointed apartment with one bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living area. Smartly decorated and well organized. I found the mattress to be hard but there were plenty of blankets to soften the bed.
It's a treat to have breakfast at their friendly restaurant and watch the arrival of tourist. Don't worry about the dreary entrance to the apartment, the apartment itself is very clean and quiet.
Lovely view to the largest church and terrace.
