Quiet, relaxing, picturesque spot next to the water!
Have just returned from a week here and was not disappointed! The location and view is incredible. Anita, our host, was friendly, informative and nothing too much bother from the initial booking until we left. She recommended and booked a great boat trip on our behalf.
We hired a car and was a good central location to get out and about. Approximately a 15 minute Uber into central Dubrovnik. There are two great, friendly restaurants across the bay and only a 10 minute waterfront walk around the bay.

A little slice of heaven
Beautiful location right on a jetty with access down a few steps into the sea and incredible views across the bay. Table and chairs outside for dining and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, plus inflatables for taking in the water. Accommodation comfortable and clean and the owners arranged airport transfers for us at a very reasonable cost. The area is quiet and a short walk from restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb Holiday Retreat
We have just returned from a two week vacation at this beautiful holiday home.
We were met at the airport by the Owners'Son (Tom) who promptly transported us to Apartment Cecilija in the idyllic resort of Zaton Mali.
The apartment is set within a huge house of several other apartments and is conveniently located to a mini Market, several restaurants and the bus stop into Dubrovnik.
Our breaths were taken away by the beautiful views of the bay and the close proximity of the sea which we swam in every day.
The sea is so clear and we were mesmorized by the number of fish that swam right up to the apartment's edge.
The apartment itself contains everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and we often dined on the terrace whilst taking in the spectacular views.
We enjoyed all the restaurants within the area but our favourites were "Tavern Arka" (where the steaks were excellent) and our number one choice was "Konoba Veranda"! Tom took us to "Konoba Veranda" by boat which enabled us to experience the full beauty of the bay before experiencing an excellent meal of authentic Croatian food. Our only regret was that we did not find this restaurant until the end of our holiday as we would then have visited more than once.
We did two trips into Dubrovnik by bus. Once during the day and the other in the early evening. The old town is very cosmopolitan and an absolute must visit.
We also did a three Island boat trip (booked through the house owners) which was very good value for money (included food and as much wine to drink as you wanted). We even got dropped right back at the apartment by boat.
All in all, we had an excellent time and cannot thank Luko and his family enough for their wonderful hospitality. We would thoroughly recommend and will definitely return!

Perfect Holiday
We stayed in a fantastic 2 bed apartment for 10 days in mid July. From the start Luca and family were extremely friendly and helpful and made the holiday a very relaxing affair. The apartment has everything you would sensibly need (and great that towels are provided too). The location is perfect. The kids loved being on the water, which was clear warm and not very salty. The bus stop (15 mins into Dubrovnik town centre), supermarket and great local restaurants were all in close walking distance. The perfect place if you want somewhere beautiful, relaxing and quiet to stay on a stunning bay, but only a short bus ride from the bustle of the town. Could recommend more highly.

Fabulous week in Croatia
We were met at the airport and after a short journey greeted at the apartment. Luko and his family are warm friendly and accommodating the views from the apartment are simply amazing and only a short walk to good restaurants and a supermarket. We also arranged boat trips from right on the doorstep both kayaking and a trip around the islands. There are lots of places to visit and buses are frequent and easy or taxis available. One restaurant owner even gave us a lift home the people are all so friendly. Thank you Luko and family for a delightful stay we would definitely recommend this apartment

We have just returned from spending a week in Apartment Cecilija in House Tereza to celebrate 2 birthdays. We loved it there..the views every morning on awakening were just fabulous...unfortunatly the weather was'nt the usual good may weather but we made the most of the good days. The house is aprox 10k from dubrovnic in the beauyiful Zaton Malia bay but bus service makes it very easy to travel in and out...dubrovnic was just amazing. We hired a car for 2 days thanks to Luko for his recomendation and help with that..found the driving easy enough as other drivers courtious and not mad lunatics...we went to bosnia..medagourje and next day montenegro but weather was'nt good but we did spent a few hours in cavtat which was wonderfull...Luko also recomended and booked the 3 islands boat trip which were also fabulous. Would highly recomend croatia/dubrovnic for a sightseeing holiday and definatly recomend House Tereza...many thanks to Luko and family for all the help...would love to come back some day. A wonderful way to experience Croatian life
My husband and I had a memorable experience in Croatia, and we really enjoyed staying at House Tereza in Zaton Bay. We felt like we were a part of the community. The family was helpful and welcoming, making our experience even more special. A highlight was visiting the Islands, Anita arranged a private tour with Antonio who is a childhood friend. We highly recommend this experience.
We had the opportunity to visit Croatia in off season. Although many restaurants weren't open, we didn't have to fight crowds and believe we had a more authentic experience.
We were welcomed at the airport by Anita and Theresa. What a great experience to arrive in a new country, see a sign with our name on it and behind the sign a smiling face.

Zaton Mali
Very clean well appointed apartment in fantastic location. We had a hire car but parking in Dubrovnik is very expensive and not easy. Great local buses from the coast road a short walk away are very cheap and much easier when going into the town, there is also a small supermarket and a few restaurants within a 10 mins walk. Owners we’re lovely and very helpful, all in all we had a lovely holiday and would definitely go again.

First Class Location
Loved our stay, perfect location right on water's edge & several restaurants around the bay. plus a small supermarket close by. Plenty of boat trips available & Luko the owner is more than happy to arrange any trips that anyone might require, he also collected us from the airport so there were no problems getting there. The bus into the old city runs regularly and it doesn't cost very much.

Everything needed for a relaxing holiday
Luke and his family provided a wonderful service. Friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Good value for money, would recommend to anyone. Best part was being able to go for a swim in beautiful water outside apartments front! Love it. JNH

At Zaton Mali, (meaning 'Little Bay') you have the ideal opportunity to enjoy a really quiet and relaxing seaside holiday. It's a simple Fact -There is no Seafront holiday accommodation in Dubrovnik Old Town.For seaside accommodation you will have to go outside the city a little way.
HANDY FOR THE CITY - only 8 Kms from the centre of historic Dubrovnik (just 10 minutes by bus/car). 30 Kms from the Airport. Free parking place.
A great base for walking, cycling, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, sea kayaking, boat trips to the islands and cultural events.
A short walk from a well-equipped minimarket, few good restaurants, cash point & beaches.
