This delightful apartment is placed in peaceful location within walking distance from Old Town and beach Dance. It is suranded by park Gradac where you can enyoy in the shadow of pine trees. Hotel Hilton, ACMT , IUC, restaurants, cafe, stores, bakery are in our neighbourhood. Apartment is well equipped.TV,SAT A/C, wireless internet,microwave,hair dryer,bed linen, towels,etc. It is located in the attic(2nd floor) of one hundred years old stone house.Terrace is on the ground where,surrounded by flowers, you can enjoy your drink. Apartment has one double room,living room with mini kitchen and shower bathroom. Welcome!

A lovely comfortable quiet apartment just minutes from the old town.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was bright and comfortable with seating area where we could sit and read. It was just a few short minutes walk to the old town hence it could not have been more convenient. It was also quiet. The owner was immensely helpful and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base for exploring Dubrovnik.

Great location

This apartment is in a great, quiet location just a 5 minute walk to the Pile Gate, by the edge of the park and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Very clean and comfortable - highly recommended.

comfortable apartment in good location

The apartment was clean, well maintained, and well-equipped. The bed is king size and comfortable. The location is good, near the Pile Gate, but it should be noted that reaching it from the Old Town requires a good many steps and a "sturdy" uphill walk. It appeared that this would likely be true of any apartment in this hilly city, however. Renata was very helpful, especially in helping us with transfers to and from the apartment. We stayed 1 week and enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent location, helpful owner, simple but more than adequate accommodation.

The apartment is just outside the old town but in a leafy, peaceful location. Well positioned for the beach, wooded park land and one particularly excellent restaurant. Kitchen facilities are basic but adequate unless you are planning to do a lot of cooking. As for the rest of Dubrovnik though, you need to be reasonably fit as it is uphill from the town and on the top floor. Worth the effort though!

Clean well situated apartmant.

The apartment was ideally situated very close to the old town and the local beach in a quiet picturesque setting. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfy. Renata was very welcoming and helpful both before and during our stay.

Great Location

I stayed here in June and loved the place. While technically situated on a very busy street, the apartment is set back from the street and you cannot hear a thing. It's a short 5 minute walk to Old Town and from there you can hop a bus to Lapad or any of the other parts of Dubrovnik. Renata the owner was so nice and great at getting back to me. The apartment is very nice and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here. Renata is awesome.

Warm, friendly and so convenient

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of this exceptionally clean apartment near Pile Gate. Renata and her husband were perfect, gracious, helpful hosts. The accommodation was perfect and well equipped, quiet and a stunning garden boasting many citrus trees. A short walk to the water and to the old town. We stayed there on our arrival in Croatia and then returned to Renata on our departure from Dubrovnik. We will always remember our special time there with such wonderful hosts and will return.

Nice apartment; great location

This is a nice apartment at the top of an old stone house, very close to the Pile gate, where the bus from the airport stops (big advantage when carrying luggage as a taxi costs much more than the bus). It's equipped for making breakfast and snacks, though you'd have a little trouble if you tried to cook anything more substantial, as the kitchen isn't very big. Lovely and quiet, with an outdoor seating area - and is close to the Dance beach. The apartment has wi-fi (free) and there are several shops and restaurants nearby. It's just five to ten minutes walk into the old town, and the bus to the harbour at Gruz and to the bus station runs past the end of the lane. Renata the owner was very helpful and the apartment also has lots of leaflets with local information.
