It was close to city centre and had supermarket near by. Great pebble beach about 10-15mins walk away also. Morin was extremely helpful and a great host!

We stayed for 12 days with our dog and we were satisfied with the place. Morin was friendly, helpful and flexible. Mertojak seemed to be a peaceful city district. It's a bit out from the city center, but buses are fast. It's especially good choice if you can appreciate it's atmosphere. It's a charming mix of slowly crumbling, social realist 'retrofuturistic' architecture with a mediterranean feel. I seriously enjoyed it! Also, the apartman is very close to the university campus and the pet friendly Duilovo beach, which was very important for us.

We really enjoyed staying at your appartment. You're nice and helpfull, would defenitly recommend this appartment ! not far from the city by bus and for those who like to walk like us, you can enjoy 40 minutes by foot ! And not far from the mall of split which is a big and cool shopping center ! Thank you very much for everything

Just got back from spending 6 days in Split, the accommodation is well located a couple of miles outside the city centre but with buses running regularly and only costing 10kuna (£1) cheap to get around. The apartment itself was well equipped with a/c, washing machine dishwasher satellite tv and very quick wifi. It is located within 20 mins walk of the nearest beach (pebble) and has a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Finally Morin was the perfect host picking us up from the bus station and dropping us off as well.

My friends and I rented Morin's apartment for one week. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. We had everything we needed in the apartment to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Morin, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure that we had an enjoyable stay and anytime we had anything questions or needed any advice he helped us immediately. We were warmly greeted by him on our arrival and any questions we had were answered. He explained to us where the beach was, good bars, where shops were and how to get to different places such as pojud stadium. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable stay in Split!

Morin was really helpful and at all times it was very easy to write to him with any questions. Finding the apartment wasn't difficult because he picked us up already from the airport. We found that the closest beach to the apartment was our favorite and it was really easy to take the bus or call a taxi. We were staying there with 6 of us and there was enough space for everyone. Split was amazing, we also visited Omiš, where we went rafting (got to do that!) and Hvar island (so beautiful!). Really a great vacation.

This apartment was such a great success for us. The landlord, Morin, was really exceptional in all the help that he gave us (5 Irish girls travelling around Croatia), and he made our stay in Croatia really enjoyable. The apartment itself was extremely clean, very well decorated and really comfortable. The location was good, about a 15 minute bus journey from the city centre, and in a taxi the drive home was not expensive. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and there was a bakery and supermarket in the apartment block. What we liked the most about this rental was the landlord, Morin, who bent over backwards to help us in any way he could. He collected us from the bus station on our arrival in Split, supplied us with 5 beers in the fridge for when we arrived, was on hand to answer any questions we had at all even totally unrelated questions about ferries and buses to other areas in Croatia etc., he was extremely helpful. The apartment as I've said was gorgeous on the inside, and really good value for money also.

We were extremely pleased with Morin apartment. The layout was nice, send Morin even provided us with fresh veggies from his mothers garden! He also walked us to the grocery store, beach, and bakery and taught us the bus system. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
