The appartment is on a great location. It is quite when you are in the appartment but you are in an instance in the city center. The terrace has a beautiful view and there is now also a shade that you can use for the really hot days. The hostess Vera is very very happy and friendly woman who does everything to make your stay to a great holiday.

Our hosts Vera and Ivan were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is clean and comfortable,very well equipped with everything you might need. The large sun terrace was great for relaxing in the sun. Location was perfect, a quiet area yet within 10/15 minutes walk to riva,palace,restaurants and supermarket, and a few minutes more to the ferry port. Ivan arranged our airport transfers so the driver was able to show directly to the apartment which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Vera and Ivan.

This apartment is only five minutes from the shops,and a few minutes more to the main promenade and harbour. The apartment boasts a superb terrace balcony comfortable beds and facilities are in good working order. We enjoyed our holiday.

The apartment was like home from home. Owners on site, who made us very welcome. Lovely large balcony and such a quaint little entrance with lovely gardens. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Big private terrace. Comfortable bed and seating. Kitchen area is a bit cramped but adequate. House is located in a quiet corner, but no more than 10 minutes walk to the harbour and historic centre. Supermarkets, bakers, cafes, cake and ice cream shop all close by. Excellent apartment in a fantastic location! From point of booking thorough to the end of our stay Ivan, Umberto & Vera were incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment is nice and spacious, with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a fabulous terrace. Literally 5 mins away from the Old Town and the harbour, you couldn't get a better location! Have already recommended to family and friends for next year!

The rental was spacious,very clean with a lovely balcony. Vera and Ivan live on the floor below but do not intrude upon your holiday at all...apart to offer you cake! The apartment has all that you need and everything works. We stayed here for two weeks and felt very comfortable. The apartment is in a central location only around a ten minute walk from zone stunning Diocletian Palace. Upon leaving Vera bought us some gifts. She was so kind and thoughtful. We would thoroughly recommend this rental. As for Split...it's fab.

We arrived at this flat late on Tuesday 29th August. We booked a little while ago but have been impressed with the communication from Ivan and Vera, every question we had they answered quickly. Ivan and Vera arranged our return transfers both of which were painless with great instructions. Both cars were ample for 4 adult passengers, and the drivers were friendly. Vera met us at the drop off point and led us to the flat. The photographs in my opinion do not prepare you for the entrance way and access to the property. All areas of the flat were clean and well presented. We had water, biscuits and beer (which was very welcome) provided for arrival. As we never travel with shampoo, conditioner or shower gel (prefer to purchase in resort) it was an added surprise that there was various products neatly stored in the bathroom, I presume these have been left overs so may not be available every time. The flat is ideally situated with about a 5 min walk to the Diocletian Palace and a few more minutes gets you down to the sea front. Loads of places to eat and drink are on the doorstep. Vera brought us some freshly picked grapes from the vines in her garden that you walk under to get to the flat. Loved Split, loved this flat and would definitely book again.

What a great time we had at our first visit to Split. Ivan and Vera were great from the first point of booking to when we arrived, during our stay and eventually leaving. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet area of Split and only a 5 minute walk to the centre and where all the action is. The apartment was superb, it had everything you could want and need and all capped off with a stunning terrace which had the sun from late morning onwards. During our week there was a Saints day and Vera gave us some cheese and ham together with a bottle of wine. A very kind and appreciated gesture. Later in the week she also brought a bowl full of home grown grapes which were delicious. They were fantastic hosts. Split at this time of year is very hot and extremely vibrant and busy. There are numerous restaurants and activities and the little alleyways all around were a delight to wander around. We went on a boat to Trogir which is a wonderful place to visit as well at a bicycle tour which was very interesting and enjoyable even taking into account the heat. The apartment is quiet and I would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy all Split has to offer. It's location is safe and quiet yet only a 10 minute stroll to The Riva (Waterfront promenade) and the Palace & Cathedral in the old towns wonderful winding streets. A further few minutes and you'll be on the Baćvice(town beach). Supermarkets,ATMs & cafes are also close by. The accommodation was spotless and roomy with comfortable beds,air con,large shower,plus a kitchen area with all you need if you choose to eat in. The well furnished roof terrace was a lovely bonus too. The owners live below and can provide any help should you require it. Great apartment. Great place. Great people.
