Nada más llegar, la propietaria estuvo muy atenta para darnos las instrucciones, ya que estaba algo escondido el apartamento.
El piso está algo más estropeado que en las fotos, pero aun asà está muy bien.
Todo el piso estaba muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones, sobre todo lo mas importante como son la cama y la ducha, imprescindibles para finalizar un dÃa de callejeo.
El piso se encuentra a 5 minutos del casco antiguo, sin necesidad de utilizar el coche ni transporte público.
La propietaria muy simpatica nos recomendó sitios para comer cosas tipicas y baratas, muy recomendable el FIFE.
En definitiva. Calidad-precio muy recomendable.

I would definitely recommend this apartment!!!
It's very true to the description & photos provided, the apartment was extremely clean & great value for money. It's only a few minutes away from the beach & the town so the location is ideal. The owner was really helpful aswell.

About the neighborhood
Apartment is situated in one of the oldest parts of Split -Radunica. Every year at the end of June we celebrate the Days of Radunica with tournaments in traditional games, live performances of traditional 'klapa' and a lot of good food (mostly fish) and wine. Since green market is just around the corner you can also enjoy buying organically grown food and then preparing the meal by yourself in your kitchen. Only few metres away from the green market is famous Diocletian's Palace with its numerous sights. Beach is very close to the apartment, only 5 min on foot. The surroundings are quiet, just off the main street which gives you peace but proximity to all important sights. Within 5 minutes walk you can also find many restaurants, bars, shops and also a bank and a pharmacy.
