The room was perfect, had a private bathroom, air con, kettle, fridge, tv, microwave and terrace! The location was a 5 min walk to local shops, 10 min walk to beach, 20 min walk to city centre and 30 min walk to mall of split! Most ideal location we could have looked for!
The host was perfect, she got a map out and detailed where everything was, she was so sweet and caring it felt like she was a mother away from home if we needed one!
This place made our stay so much easier and I would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Split Apartment.
Such lovely hosts. We arrived early and was able to enter our room. The Partment was ckean with a great location. Would highly reconmend.

Perfect spot!
Our host and hostess Dražen and Antonija were charming people and very helpful. We stayed a week here. The position of the apartment couldn't be better. Situated on the edge of the old town it was a surprisingly peaceful spot, yet within 5 minutes of the sea front and all the buzz that Split old town has to offer. There's a very helpful car hire place and a pharmacy just round the corner too. The apartment was I believe originally part of the old cool stone house attached to it and has been done up so well and thoughtully; it is immaculately turned out with everything you need for a self catering holiday. But there are many options of restaurants in the vicinity too. There's a well-known hill nearby with a lovely walk to the top and along. There's also a pleasant walk to two town beaches to the west, about 20 minutes away and near to the interesting and beautiful Meštrović Gallery . The weather wasn't so good (unusually for May) but if it had been more clement, we would have taken advantage of the pretty courtyard garden of Lavender's apartment with it's cooling vine cover. If we travel to Split in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home from home apartment, in a peaceful and tranquil location!!!
Studio Lavender is an absolute gem, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. So peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, close to the Riva with restaurants and wonderful shops. A stunning beach within 15 minutes' walk. The hosts Drazen and Antonjia are such helpful and friendly people who couldn't do enough for you, we would love to return again one day.

Clean, Complete and Complimentary
Drazen, the apartment owner was very helpful with all of my needs. I requested microwave, and the next day, I had one. The apartment is extremely clean, complete (including washing machine), and very conveniently located just below the scenic hill of Split. Everything is within walking distance, including car rental, just two minutes walk. I hated to leave!

A tranquil retreat from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the old town
My sister and I probably stayed (2 weeks) longer than most in this studio apartment and it soon became home from home. The apartment is efficient and yields all the amenities you could require on holiday. The owners Antonjia and Drazen are wonderful and friendly and cannot be more helpful. A very short walk takes you to the intriguing old town which buzzes with energy however upon returning 'home' and sitting in the courtyard you could be miles away from all the hustle and bustle. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Just amazing
I can not recommend lavanda studio apt highly enough ! Everything from the moment we booked to moment we reached airport was first class . Drazen & Antonija are so lovely and ready to help in any way they can from lifts to n from airport to directions for beach to history . The apt is spotlessly clean and everything u need is there . Location couldn’t b any better . All in all a wonderful experience and I hope to b back .

Awesome experience
We were both impressed how friendly the hosts were and how clean the apartment was. I mean there was no trace of dust or dirt like a 5 star hotel. The studio was compact but it was smartly arranged and very functional. It was equipped with everything one would need for a short stay. We could tell that both hosts cared about our experience. Drazen also prepared a nice guide and introduction. We were glad to meet him and his wife Antonija. Awesome people. So much better than staying in a hotel. Also the location was perfect. Safe and quiet at night and super close to old city. We also liked the patio outside.

Lovely apartment , great location
Situated just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Split with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, this lovely little studio was perfect for our recent stay in Split. The owners Antonija and Drazen live next door to the apartment which gives peace of mind knowing they were close by if we needed anything. They were a lovely friendly family who went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The studio itself was really nice, modern and immaculately clean with everything we needed for our stay including a smart tv with lots of English channels.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Studio Lavender to anyone wishing to visit Split.

Surrounding is very quiet, with many traditionally built stone houses.
Marjan hill that rises on the north, with a beautiful pine forest invites you for a jogging trips, or just to stand, bread the fresh air and enjoy a memorable view over the harbour.
Being in the centre, to most of places you will not need public transportation. Anyway, ferry terminal, bus and train station are close to the apartment. Lines are very frequent so you have a possibility to make a daily trip to the nearby islands, neighbouring towns and National parks.
