The studio is located in the center of Bucharest, near the Cişmigiu Gardens. It was recently renovated and is located on the 12th floor of one of the highest buildings in the area, so the view is spectacular. Studio has a large living room with a king size bed, two armchairs, coffee table, desk, big screen LED TV - 102 cm, fully equipped kitchen, where you can find everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or dinner: refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and bathroom with shower, toilet and free hotel cosmetics: soap and shampoo. The transportation is near: metro "Piata Universitatii" is at 2 minute walking from the building, the bus station is right in front of the entrance and the taxi station is also very close, so you can find a taxi whenever you need. ...The studio is located in the center of Bucharest, near the Cişmigiu Gardens. For any problem, you can contact us 24 hours / day, 7 days / week by phone, email or at the office located in the vicinity. House rules Check-in : - between 12:00 and 22:00 - free of charge - if you arrive earlier then 12:00 (between 08:00 and 12:00) and if is possible to accommodate you in the reserved room - we do not charge you. - earlier then 08:00 (between 06:00 and 08:00) - only if it is possible to accommodate you in the reserved room - extra charge 10 euro. - if you arrive later than 22:00 - extra charge: 10 euro. If you choose our airport transfer (25 euro/one way or 45 euro/round trip), the charge for early (late) check-in does not apply. Check-out : - between 04:00 and 13:00 - free of charge - between 13:00 and 18:00 - 50% of the total value of one night - later than 18:00, we charge the entire price for one night. If your plane takes off late, you can leave your luggage in our office, located in the close nearby - free of charge. Cleaning: - at check-in, you’ll receive clean sheets and towels - the maid comes twice a week - if you want extra cleaning, you have to pay 10 euro (including towels and sheets change) Pets: -small pets on request (charges may be applicable) Parties: -parties are not allowed
