The historic upper town features landmarks such as St. Mark's Church with its colourful tiled roof, Lotrščak Tower and the Zagreb Cathedral. For nature lovers, Maksimir Park, the oldest public park in Zagreb, offers a peaceful retreat with lakes, walking paths and a zoo. Jarun Lake offers opportunities for water sports, cycling and jogging, with beaches and cafes to enjoy during the summer months. Both destinations are a 15-minute drive from the property. The medieval Medvedgrad Fortress, which offers panoramic views of the city is a 20-minute drive. Located on the southern slopes of the Medvednica mountain this is a great spot for a short hike. Other popular excursions include a trip to the charming town of Samobor (a 25-minute drive) which is known for its medieval architecture, cobblestone streets and the picturesque Gradna River. The closest airport to the accommodation is Zagreb Airport: Franjo Tuđman Airport (ZAG) a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
