NET House B&B is a new concept in lodging. Enjoy our safe and comfortable environment, spacious and comfortable rooms with private bathroom, amenities, hot water, heating, cable TV. We offer services in the area, a kitchen for customer use, free WIFI Internet. Smoking area, a dining room and living room.
We are located in the historical and traditional city of Cusco, just two blocks from the parade just a few meters from the train station to Machu Picchu, and close to the traditional market of Cusco.

Friendly staff, pleasant B&B but COLD!
We stayed here for four nights at the beginning of our trip, two in the middle and three at the end, leaving our bags in the storage room in the intervening period. Smiling staff were on hand to answer any queries and were more than happy to store our bags, safely and securely. The breakfast was nothing special, just plain bread, with butter and jam, plus orange squash, tea and coffee; you can get much better food really cheaply at San Pedro market, just a few minutes walk away. You get space in the fridge so it's easy to buy simple food and eat it in the B&B if you want. The only problem I had with this place is that it's cold. The rooms are a bit chilly but once you're under the blankets it's ok; however the kitchen is freezing as there's only a partially closed single glazed door separating it from the outdoors. We also had issues with the showers - sometimes the water was lovely and warm, sometimes it was tepid, and on one occasion it was really cold. Given they claimed hot water was available 24 hours a day, this wasn't really true. Overall, it was nice enough for the cheap price.

We would like to share some tips regarding our services .
Our breakfast is the "continental type" (Basic) according the hotel's protocol.(Bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, coffee or tea or milk, we have added wheat and soybeans cereals)
Certainly our guests can make an upgrade with ads as toast, Eggs & Ham, scrambled eggs, different kind of juices etc. if asked in advance and for an additional fee.
Probably next year we will implement this option, considering an increase in our room rates.
Regarding climate in Cusco, we are supporting an unusual frizzing days by climate change, we never got low temperatures. However each room has heaters (Oil) and extra blankets, but if is necessary to provide more we do at no cost. The frizzing days supported these weeks affected our hot water system, fortunately this point is being fixed.
Anyway your comments are very important and help us to improve our services. We are installing a new special heather in the dining room & public area, so next time you come you you’ll be more comfortable.

Perfecto Para cusco
Es la segunda vez que me haopedp en este hotel y me parece perfecto el concepto del hotel. Súper cordiales y serviciales... La primera vez deje mis cosas porque me fui por urubamba y no tuve problema alguno. El desayuno básico pero tampoco quería buffet ya que con la altura en Cusco no es recomendable... Lo que más me gusto fue la ubicación y el concepto de poder comprar, utilizar la cocina y poder guardar tus cosas en la refri por si te provoca algo. Cumple las 3Bs bueno, bonito y barato.... Y una A acogedor al 100%
