El departamento està muy bien ubicado, en excelentes condiciones y comodidades y el anfitriòn, Edwin, es muy amable.
El depto està equipado con todos los elementos necesarios para pasar unos dìas muy confortables. La ubicaciòn es excelente, cerca de Plaza Foch donde hay buenos restaurantes y actividades a toda hora.
Es remarcable la amabilidad de Edwin y su socio, propietarios del departamento, quienes en todo momento se mostraron disponibles para asesorarnos y acompañarnos en nuestras visitas. Ellos brindan servicios de tours, que nosotros contratamos, y de ese modo recorrimos y conocimos una parte importante del país.
Volverìamos a este lugar en un segundo viaje a Ecuador.

Nos alegramos mucho que el apartamento haya cumplido su propósito y que la estadía haya sido perfecta.
Gracias por el tiempo compartido duarnte los tours dentro y fuera de Quito. Ustedes quedaron en mi corazón, me sentí parte del grupo. Espero que haya una nueva oportunidad para verles.

Excellent option for autonomy and comfort in central Quito
I've had the pleasure of staying in this apartment on two separate occasions, once solo and once with a travel companion. I love this place--here's why:
- great location, near shopping, food, public transport, nightlife
- very comfortable, clean, and well equipped
- secure apartment in a secure building
- WiFi is pretty stable and fast for Quito--faster than most hotels
- free use of gym upstairs (not the newest equipment, but it has the basics covered, nice view, and no charge)
Above all, the hosts are fantastic--really pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. It's possible to arrange transport with them too, always a bit cheaper than cabs, and definitely punctual, friendly service. When I need accommodation in Quito, this will always be the first place I check for availability.

Indeed the location of our apartments is another advantage when choosing one of them.
