Nice and cozy separate mini apartment (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen) on the 3rd floor of safe 4 floors house located in the calm part of Quito, 10 minutes from Old City and 7 minutes from Commercial Center of the city.
The room has a comfortable matrimonial bed, а wardrobe locked by a key, a bedside table and a dining table - there you can easily place all your stuff. And free WIFI. Also there is a small but private kitchen were you will be able to cook whenever you want.
Also in Quito you will easily find something delicious to eat: nearby our house they sell wonderful menestra and pinchos - typical Ecuadorian food. About the neighborhood
The best thing about our neighborhood is that everything is very close: 2 grocery shops, laundry, pharmacy, even a hospital. Also it is located in 10 minutes drive from historical center, 7 minutes drive from commercial center and 20 minutes walk from party zone. But in the same time it is pretty quite and cozy.
How to get there
As soon as you arrive to the new airport you have to take a taxi ($25-30) or a bus ($8) to get to Quito. A bus will bring you to the old airport located in the center of Quito.There you can take a taxi ($5-10) or a bus ($0.25) to get to our house.
