    Stylish 2-story Loft recently opened, spectacular view of the bay, located in the heart of Valparaiso’s World Heritage site, steps away from key attractions in Alegre and Concepcion hills, as well as the rest of the city. Munnich Lofts were first developed by remodeling an old 1900’s mansion to convert it into modern loft-type apartments. In a second stage a new construction has been added, but following the architectonic characteristics of the former mansion. These new apartments have been built as a double-heigth loft, with the 2nd level bedroom overseeing the first level living room/kitchen area.     Perfect nest with a view

    The loft is located at the upper limit of the historic center of Concepcion and Alegre hills; a good walk is just walking down to the Atkinson, Gervasoni and Yugoslavian walks.
    Getting around
    Private and shared cabs run up the hill from Plaza Anibal Pinto via Almirante Montt St. Our loft is right after Plauela San Luis, corner of Oxford St. Private cabs charge about $2.000 pesos and shared cabs $400 p/p. Public transporation run right in front of the Loft, lines 'O' and 612.
