Fantastic property and amazing location ... you are literarily overlooking gorgeous White Beach ... perfect for an early morning swim, or a swim at any time of day. Station 3 feels like the real Boracay and is away from the crowds you might find in other parts of the island. The apartment is self-contained and I highly recommend having a drink on the balcony and watching the sunset. The apartment is also surrounded by really good food, drink and entertainment options. Nath and Pia are great hosts. Nath will be able to provide excellent recommendations on how to enjoy the best "happy hour" or where to find that item you forgot to pack. Pia will be able to arrange a personalised massage in the apartment or point you in the direction of where you can practise (or learn) yoga. I would also recommend going for a sail with Joey at the Red Pirates and having a fun, food, music and rum fuelled night with Kirby at Emerald Isle. I did not stay long enough ... I will definitely be coming back to beautiful Boracay and staying at Boracay on the Beach!

I had the pleasure of staying at this rooftop apartment with my daughter and we had the best stay. It is super family friendly, clean, airy and spacious! nothing can beat its perfect location, with the beach literally on your doorstep. we had Pia and Nathan as our hosts and they were just incredible. they were super friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. Their local knowledge of the island was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boracay! I am already planning to come back!!!

I spent 3 weeks in Boracay in May and had the opportunity to tour the island for a decent suite accommodation. The absolute beachfront suite at Boracay on the Beach checked off the things I look for. Magnificent sunrise and sunset views from all the living quarters. The balcony is well suited for entertaining a group of up to 10-12 people. I love people watching from the balcony and seeing all the activities happening on the beach and far away section of the ocean. I could see the parasailers, the jet skiers, paddle boarders, snorkellers and people just enjoying the shallow waters right from the comfort of the daybed and chairs in the balcony. Being a few steps from the beach makes this beach front suite highly desirable and a real value for the money. I’ve looked at other comparable suites nearby and none offers the sizable balcony. I’ve almost always found myself either on the beach or at the balcony. I did not mind having a relatively small kitchen since there are several restaurants and cafe’s around that catered to my appetite. I like that the sailboats are very close by as I like to see them up close and not having to walk far when I took a ride for sunset sailing. I also did not mind not having a swimming pool in this accommodation. I’d rather swim in the ocean and watch people on the beach than spend time in the pool nor watch people do limited activity by the pool. Having your own beach front balcony outweighs not having your own or communal swimming pool. Lastly, I like the fact that this suite is so close and within a few steps to convenience store and other shops of interest. I’ve looked at other exclusive hotels where you lose your freedom to go out and shop any time without having to arrange for a ride. I could just imagine how frustrating it will be to wait for a ride let alone get stuck within the constraints of your hotel to eat, shop, get a massage and explore.
