The apartment is in a great location, has everything you could need whilst staying in Hong Kong. The apartment is small but all housing is small in Hong Kong and although there were 5 of us staying, the place was ample for what we needed it for. The shower was fab with plenty of hot water. All the facilities provided made sure we were fully catered for. We felt safe and secure in our surroundings. The only negative we had is that the mattresses were hard but for some people that might suit. Air conditioning was a godsend and all units worked perfectly.

Booked this apartment with my brother and sister as we were looking for a place that was affordable and still had all the household equipment to get by. As we are from Hong Kong anyway we knew Austin was a great place to commute to and from. Everything was within walking distance! Kowloon Elements Shopping Centre including an ice skating ring - 5-10 mins Kowloon MTR - 5-10 mins Austin MTR - 5 mins Jordan MTR - 15 mins Temple Street (Night Market) - 15 mins TST (if you want to view the harbour) is a 20-30 min walk or 10 min MTR ride Amazing places to eat every 5 mins wherever you walk ParkNShop (which is a supermarket) 5 mins 7 Eleven AND a Bakery just downstairs It had a kitchen, fridge, washing machine and hair dryer. TV if you plan to stay indoors including WIFI. Best part is having functional AC. It's a great place to book if you just want the bare essentials. As its Hong Kong, I don't think you'd want to be indoors at all times. Supplies can be bought easily if needed. Would recommend!

We knew our way and found the building ourselves. when I opened the door, I was totally impressed and immediately accept it as our home away from home. Everything is new and the place is beautiful decorated, it is very cozy & most importantly well equipped. There is a comfortable sofa and tv that makes up a comfortable living room, and there is a small pantry beside it. There is fully equipped kitchen comes with microwaves, an induction plate, a pot, a fry pan and all kitchen utensils you need for simple cooking, yes knife and chop board too. What is more, there is a washing machine inside the bath room and the best is all detergent provided. So that really saves us big bucks from laundry as we planned to go laundry shop. And we really love the design of the bathroom, it’s very comfortable and beautifully decorated with marble floor and marble washing basin with big mirror. Lily and her helper are very reliable, friendly & sincere hosts. Aside from the internal comfort, the location of this apartment is pretty convenient too. It is walkable distance away from Austin, Jordan & Kowloon train station The location was great very close to a excellent, there are many popular eateries, dim sum restaurant ,BBQ lobster, Spicy Chicken Hot Pot, supermarket, 7 eleven, Austin Station, night market etc. A great value option, will definitely recommend.
