We got there and there was no one waiting for us. We waited and finally with help of locals that were driving down the street, we were able to get in touch with the concierge. We got in the apartment and it was a desaster! First, it was dirty, the were contruction going on, windows, doors, the third bedroom had two single bed, but one was not functional, therefore since we were six we could not sleep there. the other rooms were dusty, sheets in the other bedroom were not clean, kitchen cabinet not in good order, damaged, and counters and sinkwerre dirty, Construction materials laying on the floor of the kitchen, curtains who have not been cleaned in a long, long time, holding by clothes pins, not a clean neighbourhood, noting close by. This is my 39 country visited, and even if we went to remote location, we NEVER had anything of this sort. I have taken many pictures of this Luxury apartment to support my review. I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Stay away. I do not csre what the excuse or comments from th owner will follow, I DEMAND TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATLY. This change of location made us wasted a lot of time, added stress and we had to fins an hotel early in the evening as we had already planned the daynwith our tour guide months before. I will refrain myself to add other comments as I am very mad about this ... this is a scam!

Close to the airport and just 10 minutes walk from Sun City mall. Spacious apartment with internet WiFi and satelitte TV. The apartment heating unit kept us warm.

First time to book an apartment online in Egypt and it was very good, Hany is a great communicator and everything was arranged as planned. nice clean spacious apartment and very close to the airport. highly recommended

- The place is far from any attraction (except the airport). - The TVs and dish are not working in the rooms. - You will not get your security deposit back. - The microwave is not working. - Old building. - The owner will ask you about the visitors visiting you during the day! To conclude: Stay away from this apartment.

A home away from home. Clean, Exquisitely furnished and luxurious. Massive rooms. No clutter around the house Air conditioned throughout.Bills inclusive, fantastic wifi. Hany and brother Ahmed are a perfect combination in business, checked on us all the time. Secure quiet and upmarket suburb. Secure underground parking if you have a car. Use of escalator. Very close to amenities. Will certainly return, highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. I loved the convenience of the mall just a few blocks away and the airport literally 5 to 10 mins drive. Hany and his brother Ahmed were amazing and I HIGHLY recommend the apartment to everyone!!!!! One note, bring slippers (I forgot mine) because the marble floors can be cold in the winter. hahaha

My husband and I had an amazing stay. Everything was as described. The owner and his mother were very hospitable. Appartment was very clean. Very quiet location. I would defintely stay there again.

A great location,10 minutes from Cairo International Airport, 5 minutes walk from Sun City Mall where you can find 24/7 Carrefour, many shops & variety of restaurants..... The apartment is safe, spacious, clean and comfortable, furnished in an attractive and modern style.. Fully equipped kitchen, wide and open living-dining area. Extra Clean towels & bed linens were provided. The owner kept a useful list which had all the important numbers that you might need(the apartment telephone number with the full code , hospital, police …) Mr Hany (the owner) and his mother made us feel at home... he called from overseas to welcome us in his apartment ... Everything was done in a most professional manner I strongly recommend this apartment for couples and families Thank you Mr.Hany

it took a very short taxi ride from the airport to arrive at the apartment. directions were clear. apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean. it was strategically located closer to Sun City Mall. Maiydan Roxy is located to close proximity to the apartment. Taxi Cabs were easily available right out side the apartment. Land Lord's mother was welcoming and informative. WIFI worked perfectly good. apartment was spacious. i will be using the Apartment often coz me and my wife love Cairo and we visit there very often. last but not least we found it was value to our money. Land Lord was very accommodating to our needs.

If you are looking for quitness, convenience, luxury and privacy it is the place. I have been there several times, and it will always be my first choice. The landlord bampers me and made me feel that I'm the owner!!. The Apt is not only located in an upbeat nieghbourhood, but also neatly and modernly designed with everything you need is available. strongly recomended for couples and families.
