Our beach penthouse is located right in the heart of Tel Aviv and seconds from the sea! It has been recently renovated and perfectly decorated. It has large, bright and comfortable bedrooms and a large terrace. The whole city is walkable, bike-able, or a short taxi ride away.

- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hours minimum.
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in a very central and trendy area of TLV near Ben Yehuda and Arlozorov streets at the limit of the Old North area. It is steps away from Hilton Beach and Metzitzim Beach and many other hotels, trendy shopping, great restaurants (both kosher and not), and plenty of nightlife venues.
It is also a short ride away from the Hayarkon Park and the Tel Aviv port (Namal) which are among the local families favorite spots,
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station downstairs. There are countless buses running from Dizengof which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastely we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Interaction with guests:Â Feel at home! Everything that's in the apartment is for your convenience and use, the washing machine and dryer really come in handy, bathtub is relaxing and the BBQ on the balcony is great for hosting get togethers.
I also have bicycles available for rental at a reasonable price.
I live and love Tel Aviv, I'll be happy to show you around and recommend attractions, all the good places to eat, drink & hang out.

The flat is very clean. Only 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. There is plenty of space room. We are having nine people for friday night meal and the table has room. The kitchen has all that is needed.I would have no hesitation to use again next visit.

renting this penthouse apartment!!
Tavelling with 9 people in one place, we got lots of space, 2 bathrooms, big fully equipped kitchen & living room, wash&dry machine, ... nice big terace to chill outside...
Great location, 2 min from beach, all kind of shops & food nearby, ...
It was the perfect apartment for our stay,
Everyone was stoked & really felt at home there...

Perfect place play to stay in TLV
Really nice apartment and incredible location. I was there during three weeks with friends and really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The apartment is clean and pleasant to live in. The big terrasse along with the spacious living room make it a really nice place to stay. The manager helped us for every little details and came over quikly when we needed him. It was also nice to be close to Arlozorov station in order to visit other parts of Israel for one or two days.
I definitely recommend this apartment!
